Great chair at a great price! I ordered this chair for my desk and could not be happier with it. Great price, appears to be excellent quality, and j Just took 15 minutes to put together with an allen wrench that was included.

[Rewarded Review] Executive Leather Chair

Chair is nice and reasonably comfortable, and a good deal for the price. Except it came with a 3/4 inch cut on left arm rest. I called customer service to return it which would have been a hassle since its assembled and I'd have to take it to a store. I was offered a 10% refund so I accepted it and put black duct tape over the cut in the material, I spend a lot of time in this office chair and its working for me.

[Rewarded Review] Easy to put together!

I was a bit daunted because the chair arrives in pieces in a big box. There are quite a few pieces and I was getting anxious that it would be a "project" but surprisingly it was very easy! The instructions are straightforward. The chair is comfortable and sturdy while being modern and understated. It fits easily into any decor.

[Rewarded Review] No Lumber Support

This chair seemed sturdy after putting it together. The cushioning was soft and I thought it was going to be a great chair to have for a long time. My only complaint was the lack of lumbar support, which was a big thing for me. I ended up returning it. Not a bad chair, it just was not for me and my needs. No other issues with build quality, either.

For the most part, it's a very good chair. Loved the color (green). Came promptly. Not hard to assemble if you have two strong hands and two extras to hold things in place. I will say that the seat is just a bit hard. I did read that in an online review and didn't expect it to be true. Not about to go out and get a pillow for it, so I'll just have to acclimate to it. It was a very good price, and I will say, good deal overall. Cheers.

[Rewarded Review] Irritating assembly, comfortable chair

After UPS kept updating the delivery date/time (around 5-6 times) I FINALLY got the chair.... And the box was damaged. Part of one of the "legs" was sticking out, but since the review isn't for shipping I give 4 stars, though that's more of a rounded up 3.5.

Too much lumbar support, unable to utilize entire seat. Tilt control too stiff, even at lowest setting i have to continually exert force to keep chair from returning to upright position. Not structurally sound design, some wobble from the get-go. Fake leather very thin material, must handle with kid gloves. Tilt control knob can't easily be reached from sitting position. I gave it two stars because so far at least the hydraulic piston is working well. With that said, i'll probably give this chair away and try again with a different manufacturer...

Pleasant surprise.

when i ordered this chair, i was a little scared that quality might be lacking because of the lower price, but i was very pleasantly surprised. when my chair arrived, the box was damaged and part of the chair was exposed. i was a little leery, but figured i'd check it out anyway. it was simple to assemble and turned out to be even better than i had expected. it was a gift for my husband and he absolutely loves it. it's very comfortable and has great back support. i've already recommended this chair to others. great product for the price.

The desk chair is very nice, elegant and very comfortable. It was easy to put together, the fabric and craftsmanship is very good. I work from home 8 hours a day at my desk, after 5 hours of sitting on it, it gets uncomfortable. The seat cushion loses its "fluff". For occasional use of couple hours a day, it's a fantastic buy and good value for your money.

Seems like a very good buy.

Seems sturdy and comfortable enough. It is probably best to have a second person to help with the back piece. If you intend to go it alone, then save the shipping carton. It will hep keep the back piece in place while you line up the screw holes in the arms and back. I had a little problem with the back piece. There are 2 screw anchors in each side of the back and there should be holes in the fabric to expose the anchors. On one side, the anchors were covered over; no holes in the fabric. So, it was necessary to cut holes in the fabric. The guys in the factory should have noticed this. One other thing; the carton had a hole in the top and one end of a leg was sticking out of the carton. Thankfully, no damage was done.

Terrible chair...even for the money.

This chair had the stitching ripping on the bottom cushion in under a year with regular use. I'm not hard on the chair, and I'm not a big guy. Now, at just under two years, the hole in the middle of the legs split and the piston goes all the way through to the ground. The chair was extremely comfortable when it was new, but here I am at under two years and I need a new chair. Complete piece of junk. DO NOT BUY THIS CHAIR!

We love these chairs! We bought two for our home office and couldn't be more pleased! The leather offers a professional look and the chairs themselves, are very comfortable. Not flimsy at all. Attaching the back to the arm rests took a little bit of effort, but we're not the most mechanically inclined people :)

[Rewarded Review] Just what I needed

I'm a 5'8", 300 lb female. And I fit perfectly in this chair. By "perfectly" I mean, I can sit with my elbows resting on the padded arms while typing this review. The arms do not dig into my sides nor my hips. There is lower and upper back support. The seat cushion is comfortable: it's not too cushiony (where you sink in) but it's not flat either. For someone with tail-bone/lower back issues as I have, this is a good thing. I can get up without feeling stiff or in pain. Remember the back does not have a separate tilt/adjustment. The angle it is set at, to the seat, is all there is - and that works perfectly for me. The only thing I would change would be to give the complete tilt of the chair. I would like to tilt just a few inches more but really when all is said and done, that's nothing.

Great chair for the money!

This is the second time I purchased this chair in 3 years. The first one started to show its age about 6 months ago which prompted me to buy the second. These are Bonded leather chairs not full hides so they tend to separate from the backing material over time. A full hide chair could be 3 times or more the cost of this chair, so no surprises here. This most recent chair seems to have more padding than the first. Very comfortable with a nice full size seat area. Some leather chairs in this price range have a short seat area so you fell like you are going to slide off if you relax in it. I am very happy with this chair and look forward to several years of comfort. You will not be disappointed with this purchase in this price range.

GREAT CHAIR FOR LARGE BUSINESS OFFICE

THIS ECO LEATHER HIGH BACK CHAIR IN MOCHA. is just what the sellers title it to be. It is too big for a small office like mine. It overpowers the room. but it is very elegant and rich looking color, top grade leather and rolls easily BACKWARD. However it will not roll FRONTWARD EASILY, before my butt slides out of the seat. The leather is so smooth, that I have a time just staying in the seat. I intend to use a memory foam gell cushion attached to the seat of chair, and see if that will work. and we took out the small rug under it, to roll on the wood flooring. It is comfortable and the lift lever works perfectly. All in all the price is good for this product. Maybe it is just that I have a round bottom. Anyway I like the chair !!!

[Rewarded Review] Best Chair Of This Type I've Ever Sat In

First of all I'm a 200 + lb, 6' retiree with some limitations and I was able to assemble this chair with some minor difficulty because of surgeries I've had over the yrs that limit some things I can do at times by weight. This product arrived on time to my apt door, it was expertly packaged except for some white powder on the base. I assembled it by myself #with the help of my ratchet screw driver/included allen wrench#. I'm seated very comfortably in it now, my legs, knees, back, head, neck, arms etc and all pressure points are very comfortable. I couldn't ask for anything more at this price or higher prices. I totally disagree with any negative reviews so far after sitting in this chair myself. They appear to be human errors, i.e. adjustments, sliding, #*more than a little overweight# etc. Frankly to me this chair is great for my 72" 200 + lb senior frame with room to spare, especially the seat for my 38" waist. After my recliner, this is my favorite chair #all I'm blessed to receive financially is my monthly soc. sec. payment so I try being as frugal and pennywise as I can when spending money#. I believe this chair is good for most anyone, male or female, old or young!
