We did receive the lights we ordered, however one of the orders was back ordered. We tried to cancel and was rejected. I have tried multiple times to return the unneeded lights with zero response. Customer service IS horrible!!!

These lighting lanterns exceeded our expectations as we ordered them on the Home Depot website. They are absolutely beautiful. Our neighbors have even commented on how beautiful they look. I highly recommend these lanterns because they are solid and of high quality

Back plate is very large actually oversized and can only go on a flat wall. If you have siding that is overlapped they the fixture will not fit. Should come with a warning label......about only for flat walls. The back plate cannot be secured to the wall only be the single bold that is in the electrical box so is not that stable.

I placed these lights on the sided of my garage doors. They make a nice statement and because they are LED compatible the amount of light they give off is great. It lights up the driveway next to the house with bright white light. I also ordered the matching post light and smaller light to place next to the garage side door. Very happy.

First of all, these are very nice looking fixtures, but not without their flaws. I bought 2 of these, and am returning both. One arrived with a chip in the front glass panel, and the other had small scratches all over the metal (these were the brushed nickel sconces). The lamp holders are on a swivel, and neither one hangs so the lights look the same. The online description does not include the size of the mounting plate, and its about 5" wide by 9.5" long. That was too big to fit on my house mounting panel, and I didn't want to go through the time and effort to change that since these are of questionable quality.
