I am very happy with this vanity, sink, and countertop. I was a little disappointed in the fold down , full-length, cosmetic drawer (?). I had expected the container inside to be full-length, but it consists of two smaller containers with the space in the middle wasted. Also, this drawer (it really isn’t a drawer) does not open smoothly and easily. You have to tug. I oiled the hinges, so I’ll hoping that will help. The sink is spacious, and I love having such a good drain stopper. The stopper is easy to use and looks nice. The quartzite countertop is lovely.

Poorly Constructed or Very Poor or No Quality Control

The bottom drawer(s) are crooked and won't come out. Contacted Fergusons (Company I purchased it through) and they would only contact the manufacturer which has yet to respond other than to tell Fergusons they would send me tracks. Yes it was not installed properly they responded but all they would do is send me the tracks and I would have to get the drawers out (someway) then I would have to install the tracks. I can't even get the drawers out. This is not good customer service. I will not be ordering anything from Fergusons as they are simply salesmen/women. I also will not recommend or purchase another James Martin Product. Also had a cheap wood backsplash that went with the nice quartz countertop. Now, why wouldn't they put a quartz backsplash and sidesplash to go with countertop. My thinking is they decided to go on the cheap side instead of little more expensive and definitely nicer. I was surprised there was a wooden backsplash. My mistake was not reading all the details. Otherwise, the vanity looks nice. Just wish it was quality-built.

More beautiful than i expected. The color is gorgeous & it’s made so well. The drawers are soft closing & the design is well thought out.

Built solid and beautiful lines

Always a challenge to order a significant piece of furniture without touching and feeling, but this vanity exceeded my expectations. Well built solid piece and gorgeous color. I choose the Smokey Caledon color and was perfect color for the powder room remodel as well as the size of the vanity.

This vanity is beautiful. It went in our small master bath and fit just like we needed. love that it is all wood, with a marble top and undermount sink. The soft close drawers are ideal.

The product I like. Well made. Very satisfied. The shipper left the vanity out by the curb. I was home. I could have opened the garage and wheeled it in. Whoever the shipping company is, or maybe this particular driver was extremely lazy and unprofessional. Luckily it didn’t sit out there overnight. . Robert Erieg

Solidly Made

I purchased this vanity for a client who loves it. The stone top looks top of the line and the detailing in the wood piece showed the high end detailing, making it more than just a simple vanity. The wood was solid and each piece fit perfectly into another. Make sure your plumbing lines up perfectly in the piece as there is limited space due to the shelving unit and such inside. I would definitely by again!

Love this cabinet!

I debated having a cabinet made by someone but then I needed a top to go with it. It was going to cost me much more than this item and I went for this one believing it was quality. I was correct! I am so pleased with the quality, the look of it and the top is fantastic and good looking even better than this picture! I highly recommend going this direction. I was not disappointed. Love the drawers how they work and the it is well made. It's beautiful!!!

Beautiful and very well made. Only negative and this is no fault but my own, I am only 5 foot tall and the large brim around the sink makes it a little difficult to use but I am sure I will get used to it. I absolutely love it and highly recommended it.

Delivery was difficult to schedule and a bit complicated. Hard to get anyone on the phone.

This James Martin Brittany Vanity looks great. I didn't have it installed yet but it was delivered in very protective package. The delivery man was great, too -very careful with it. The color of the vanity is beautiful, very much like the online photos. I ordered the White Zeus Silestone Quartz top which also looks great. Looking froward to using it soon.

Love the vanity but hate the delivery experience

I love the beauty and functionality of this vanity! The only disappointment was the delivery of the vanity. The only delivery option was curbside. They would not bring my item even to the porch. For this reason, I will not order again from this company in the future or recommend this company to others.
