[Rewarded Review] Very nice shower system

Very impressed with the style and quality of this 3 in 1 shower system. The tub spout is modern and sleek and easy to install. The wand has nice pressure and the large square shower head is adjustable and provides a great rainfall shower experience. It has greatly enhanced the look of our bathroom.

OMG!!!!! Let me tell you when I received this package I was extremely excited when I opened it up. It comes complete with everything you need! If you are a do-it-yourselfer its really easy to install. I full recommend this to anyone. I love the wand it fits really nicely in your hand, and the rainshower. ITS THE BEST!!!

Powder Coat Flaking Off

We purchased this shower system for a walk-in shower remodel. While the system has a lot of nice features, after less than one year and even less showers, the spigot at your feet is flaking off its powder coating or whatever material they use to paint it. Lowe's at this point is not accepting responsibility and has referred us back to BWE. There is nobody to answer their phone and their voicemail box is full. No response has been given to us from their email. BWE can you please help us?

Powder Coating Flaking Off

We purchased this product for a shower remodel in our home. While the fixture and all of the features of it are very nice, the powder coating or whatever methodology they use to make this a matte black finish is flaking off of the spigot. We have reached out to BWE via email and received no response. We have also reached out to corporate Lowe's to tell them that we've fallen into a customer service black hole and everybody keeps pointing back to the OEM needing to handle the situation. Needless to say that is unacceptable to us as we believe they are in China so we are posting this in an effort to get BWE to respond to us directly. This situation is under Lowe's case number 619-5557. as of the writing of this email or text, we are still in limbo.

Awesome Rain shower

I look forward to hit the shower everyday,. It’s an awesome feeling. Plus very well made. Very good quality and this is the focal point of my new bathroom.
