[Rewarded Review] Product needs revisited

The 2 Star review is based mainly on the toilet paper holder. Everything is good quality. The paper holder is so tight that I could not get it to collapse. The instructions are almost non existent. It would be difficult for someone with no experience to install this product. It took me far longer than it should have. It came packaged very well. It had an allen wrench for each component. I think I counted 7 all together.

Very pretty full set

I do love the shape and finish of this set. The new toilet paper holder is a vast improvement over our old one, completing the look of our refreshed bathroom. Very pretty full set.

[Rewarded Review] Very modern and attractive

This is an attractive bath hardware set from BWE. This set is modern and attractive in flat black. I like the fact that it has all four commonly used fixtures in the box; hand towel bar, towel bar, robe hook, and toilet paper holder. Double check the orientation of the mount brackets to the fixture before you drill your holes as these mount vertically vs horizontally like most I have installed in the past, though it did not detract in any way my satisfaction with this set. I did notice the spring on the toilet paper holder was binding and it did take some force to compress in order to change out toilet paper rolls. I deducted one star for the toilet paper holder binding but with that said I would still recommend this set and would purchase for a future project.

[Rewarded Review] Very well made

Upon opening the box, the first thing I noticed was how well packaged it is. That's a great sign imo of the product itself. Instructions on the other hand was ok but not as good as I would have liked in these particular things. If you are a little handy, not a big deal, but I think if you've never installed this before, it can be confusing. I think a template might have been nice. But my recommendation is to put the items together, place on the wall and mark with a pencil. This helped me in the installation. The product itself is a well made, solid hangar which had some weight to it. Gave me confidence that this is a well made product that will last years. And, imo, it looks really good. The only gripe I had was the toilet roll, spring was really tight. I'm hoping over time that it will soften a bit but other than that, it's a great addition to any bathroom.
