Initial look and feel is very good. Doesnt feel cheap and "plasticy." Installation was was a snap by drilling a 2" hole in the counter top. All hardware included. Ive been wanting to install one of these for quite some time now. Love the esthetic. Functions as it should. Will definitely install another one in my other bathroom soon. I like the one hole installation.

This is a really nice faucet. Very heavy and has a push-in sink stopper - much better than the ones you have to pull up because they always seem to become disconnected. The matte black color looks great in my half bath. The height makes it stand well above the bowl sink. It even has a hot/cold icon near the top. Unfortunately, when I removed my existing faucet, I had two holes in my counter top. This is a one hole faucet. I need to find a plate to cover the side holes.

Initial impression of the packaging was good when unboxing but found damage to the bottom of the faucet where it would meet the counter top. See pictures of thin foam in packaging and damage to the faucet and box. Installation instructions were mostly pictures and easy to follow if you have installed a faucet before. The provided water lines were partially installed into the faucet and I had to unscrew the base of the faucet to tighten the water lines. This faucet feels well made, heavy, and solid once installed. Handle operates smoothly and heavy with a high end feel. The water flows smooth and quiet as it pours into our bathroom vessel sink.

I recently installed this new faucet in my bathroom to replace an older one. I opted for the tall model because I'm almost 7 feet tall, and it makes it much easier for me to wash my hands comfortably. Since it didn't come with a base to cover the three-hole sink, I 3D printed one to complete the installation.

I'm really impressed with the appearance of this product, and it came packed with everything I needed for installation. It complements my new bathroom beautifully.

Faucet is nice looking. Although the supply line 3/8 compression fitting started to leak less than a month after install. The brass fitting literally snapped off. Caused some water damage to my vanity cabinet

Quit working after 1 year
We had a contractor install 2 of these in our house a year ago. over the past year of the pressure has gotten worse and worse. They have finally now stopped working. Don't waste your money. You can get the same look in a better product.
