Great Bathroom Faucet

I am very pleased with this bathroom faucet. It is constructed well and easy to use and does the job.

Either website or store description is wrong

Based on the website description, I went down to our local store to purchase this, only to find that the store display, and the product box, say this is only a centre set 3 hole faucet, not for a one-hole sink. This is far from the first time I've found website details to be completely wrong.

This fawcette kit is extremely easy to install. You really only need a wrench for tools. The unit is made of quality materials.

Leak due to plastic drain and nut

I've recently bought this to install into my new Glacier Bay Retro Square Drop-in Sink but the drain and nut that mount the drain pipe to the sink are in plastic that are not strong enough to hold the rubber ring to avoid leak. Water kept on leaks out at the nut, even I've tried to tighten it really tight. The threat on the pipe is not holding the nut well enough.

I like this faucet and love the handle

I already own this faucet for about two years, and I love it. The handle is smooth and has the right stiffness. I also have other brand's faucets and I notice the important difference which is when you set your ideal temperature setting and shut off the faucet and next time when you push up to open the faucet, the handle stays in the same position. However, some light handles faucet often missed their alignment and giving me too hot or too cold water. The water flow is also not bad but nowadays, with the water-saving feature, it is not as strong as without one. You can easily defeat this feature by removing black O-ring inside of aerator but if you want to save water you should keep it. I remove them for me and kept one for use in my children's washroom to prevent splash. I also think this faucet have right handle shape and length for comfortable use. I like this faucet and that is why I picked it up again when on sale.

Set for another 15 years

Quickly and easily installed, with simple tools needed only to remove existing faucet. Check back in 15 years -- that's how long it took for my last Cadet faucet's washers to fail -- 50 years would have been welcome -- like my basement taps. :)

Terrible - AVOID!!,

I purchased two of these and had them professionally installed. 20 minutes after the plumber left, one of them started leaking, flooding the bathroom floor. I purchased another, had the plumber back, and it started leaking immediately after he installed it. I will not be purchasing a third and am out the cost of the second plumber call. I wish I would not have cheaped out, and gone with a higher quality faucet in the first place.

I bought it as I taught it was a bargain. Faucet too small and short. Water flow poor, does not have enough pressure.
