Our Best Mattress to-date
Both my partner and I started having back pain with our old mattress so we went on a hunt for a new mattress. Finally decided to try this as it is well priced - ended up purchasing the king size about a month ago. Delivery was fairly quick. The mattress came rolled/wrapped in a box. It took two of us to lift the mattress up onto our bed frame and a little while to decompress. The most comfortable mattress we've owned to-date - it is firm enough (but has memory foam so the upper layer is comfy). We are getting a great night sleep and no more back pain for either of us! Thank you!
Plush and comfortable

No complaints so far
A few nights in and so far, so good. Had my concerns about buying a mattress online and receiving it rolled up like a sleeping bag. The bed is firm but there's a lot of foam on top, so it's still comfortable. Once unpacked, the bed started rising immediately and we ended up sleeping on it that same night.
The shipping is a lenthy process otherwise 5 star

Don’t buy as there is no recourse there after
The mattress was not as described on the website. I bought 2 identical mattresses but one mattress was smaller in size than the other and both where ordered in queen size. The one that’s smaller in size is also softer than the other. They are not consistent. I tried to contact Walmart but twice and requested fir a supervisor to contact us but it’s been over 2 weeks and no one has called me. My husband has a severe back issue and he is having to go to an RMT twice weekly since he started using this mattress. If you have a back problem please be careful before you buy this mattress.
Great mattress but heavy
Bought this item for a guest bedroom and they reported it to be very comfortable. The only reason I rated it 4 stars instead of 5 is due to the package weight. I was not prepared for such a heavy item (completely understandable in hindsight) which was not clearly stated when purchased. Had to invite friends over to help me get it up the stairs and set up.

The delivery is super fast. within 48 hrs the mattress is delivered at my door (rolled up in a box).
