I absolutely love these mattress pads. I bought one in King one in queen. Both have deep mattresses these pads fit well. Im one of those people that can’t sleep with anything heated left on when I got to bed. I turn it on about an hour before it’s really warm when I go to bed. So much better than the previous ones. So far I’m really pleased with it, but it’s only been a few days. I’m truly hoping I won’t be buying a new one in 2 years.

Comfortable and warm

The mattress pad is comfortable to lay on. I use the lowest heat setting and even that is too warm for me so I turn it off once the bed warms up. It heats up very quickly.

Could be better

The pad heats up very quickly. But it also gets very uncomfortably hot during the night if kept on, even at lowest setting. Worst: the number setting is only illuminated for 3 seconds, then turns off. So, during the night, you can't see where it's been set. VERY annoying & inconvenient!

Warm and Cozy now!

I love this Serta Heated Mattress Pad. I turn it on about 15 minutes before I'm ready to crawl into bed and it already has the mattress and covers heated up nicely. What a nice warm cozy feeling! I only have it set to number 4 on the scale to 10. For me, 5 was already getting too warm, 4 was perfect. I'm sure you will love your Serta Heated Mattress Pad too

Wonderful product. Perfect surround heat. It's also padded, so if your mattress needs a little fluffing...this pad will take care of that also. Highly recommend!!!

Perfect

I love it! The controls don't stay lit up, which is great because I hate any kind of light on when I'm sleeping. Auto shut off. Easy to use controls. It checks all the boxes.

No power indicator light on controller

The mattress pad fits well and is comfortable, but there is no light on the controllers to indicate whether the unit is on or off. Clicking the power button only displays the current heat level setting. Clicking again supposedly turns it off, but if not pressed just right it remains on. This is problematic, especially if you want to turn it off during the night if you get too warm. I would not buy this particular product again. Our old one had power lights on the controllers and I failed to verify that this one did before purchasing.

Not great

I’ve had a heated mattress pad for several years and have loved it. When mine finally stopped working, I wanted to replace it with another that was similar. As far as heating goes, this one works just fine but there are a few features that I am disappointed with. First, I have a thick mattress and this barely fits even though it’s supposed to fit up to an 18’ mattress. The elastic around the bottom is very thin and I think it will stretch out over time. Lastly, the controller does not have a memory like my old one did, so the temp and auto shut off have to be reset every time it’s used, which is every night in the cold months. Very inconvenient in that respect. May have to exchange it for one of better quality and features.

Easy to Set Up. Easy to Use

Material is soft and plush. Do no feel the coils. Easy to set up and easy to use. I set mine on #5 and it was perfect. Not too hot, just warm. Love it. New, so can't advise of durability or washing.

Heaven

This Serra heated mattress pad is heavenly! Dual controls allow each sleeper personal control. The lowest setting is perfect for avoiding chilly sheets in the winter. #3 is perfect for my cold natured husband, providing for a comfortable, restful & cozy sleep. So happy I made this purchase.

So very comfortable to sleep on, but the lowest setting will cook a body to medium well.

Heated mattress pad

Very nice and recommended for sore joints and arthritis . The queen will fit a deep mattress and has 2 remotes but 1 keeps my side of the bed warm . Happy so far had it about 2 months ! Kohls had a good price and of course wonderful Kohl's cash !

Heats fast, is cozy

It heats up fairly fast; heat is even. The connectors are at the foot end... I don't find them obtrusive. This replaced an old one that stopped working, and ... it's much better.

If they had put their first rule (no generators) on the advertising, I could have saved all the time required with this purchase.

Will purchase in the future

We have really enjoyed the heated mattress pad, works like advertised.
