Go directly through Ariel!

After a poor experience trying to purchase this vanity through a different retailer, and after reading about another customer's similar experience, at their recommendation we decided to go directly through the Ariel company. The web site was easy to navigate, and the vanity arrived only a few days later. The packaging was perfect, and the delivery driver even offered to help my husband open the box to inspect for damage and return if necessary. The Cambridge vanity came beautifully assembled and very sturdy. The instructions on sink assembly were straightforward and quick to put together. We purchased the white quartz top and backsplash. The surface and edges are smooth, no nicks or scratches from manufacturing, and no stains. The top and backsplash are thick enough to prevent warping and sagging, yet light enough that my husband and I were able to lift and set in place without too much trouble. I will gladly recommend the Cambridge vanity and highly recommend purchasing directly through the Ariel company.

Cambridge Vanity

I am so pleased with our purchase of two Cambridge vanities. They are sturdy in construction with dovetail joints, which I’m sure will be very durable. The drawer slide easily and are full extension. I read other reviews that said they were difficult to pull out, but I haven’t found that to be true. I was concerned about purchasing the vanities directly from the manufacturer that I didn’t know, but our experience has been beyond great. Following a problem with one of the countertops, their customer service was very responsive and Ivy sent us an email within minutes. A replacement was sent in a week. This was a huge relief. No need to by from a big box store, especially if you want excellent service. They don’t even carry solid wood like this. Now to figure out how to get it upstairs. BTW it does come intwo pieces and is packed very well.

Overall i am very happy with the base of the unit. Unfortunately it is not 53", its 54". So in order to install it i had to extensive drywall and trim work.

Heavenly Midnight Blue

Love the color. This vanity is perfect for my setting. Love the vanity top as well they are awesome. The soft-close doors are a great feature. I changed the pulls to black which matches the decor in my bathroom.

WARNING

This vanity is poorly made - the draws do not self close and you must prompt them to get them shut. One of the draws is completely inoperable. I emailed the company for help and have heard nothing back. I would NOT recommend this piece.

Perfect cabinet

I had to order on line because I needed 55 inch and was worried sick about the quality that I would get, to my surprise it was excellent !!!!

High Quality

This is my second vanity to buy from Ariel. Not only is the quality top notch, but the people in customer service are very helpful and friendly, too. I love the slow close drawers and doors and the roominess of the vanity.

Damaged in shipment

Unfortunately the top to this vanity was damaged during shipping. It arrived packed in cardboard and was shattered. I had to refuse delivery. Also getting it shipped the final leg from NJ was a beast. I had high hopes based on reviews. Unfortunately shipping is very difficult now due to COVID-19 and inventory is running low. I had to work to get money refunded from Overstock but they eventually did. I hope other customers were more successful than I was!

Show stopper!

We installed our vanity a few months ago and let me tell you that this is a show stopper! it is so stunning! I am always getting asked where I got my vanity from! Sink is not as big as I thought but I actually like it better because there is more space! Love the door hinges and the drawer slides are soft close. That feature was a plus for me, I love it
