Love the color and cushiness of this rug but several pieces have come unraveled from the weave within days of use. Expected better quality.

This is hard to clean, the vacuum snags on the woven material and the colors are very different....not just red but hot pink and multi colors.

Coastal rug

Nice rug- not the most comfortable underfoot, but it looks great in the space. Easy to vacuum, I haven't had to/or tried to clean it. Colors are as pictured.

Stunning rug, which far exceeded my expectations. This rug is well made, and the colors are as depicted. I purchased an 8x8 for the dinning room, which added warmth and elegance. I’m extremely happy with my purchase and highly recommend it.

Ive gotten a lot of compliments on this rug. It is really unique. The only think I don’t like is that I have to be careful when I vacuum it. I must turn the brushes off, or the rug will catch

This is a great area rug. It has a good amount of tan running through it and the pattern is very attractive. I will be using it in my laundry room.

This is a beautiful rug! It had a strong smell at first but left it out on the lanai a few days to air out. Otherwise I am very happy with it.

Love this rug! I was looking for an organic natural look that would balance off the rest of the pieces in my living room. It fits perfectly , very easy to care and it adds a touch of natural sophistication.

Great pops of color without being too busy! Placed in the entryway for lake house. Pulled colors such as red, orange, teal, fuschia, purple, blue and green to accent with in my hallway. You do have to be careful with the weaving to to pull it. Very happy with my purchase.

I love the look and feel of this rug! It’s soft enough on bare feet but also feels like it will take whatever’s our kids and dogs do to it. And shipping was super fast. Price was great too. My one knock is that there was condensation inside the packaging so I had to let it air out and dry.

Not rug's fault; customer service issue.

The rugs themselves are lovely, but too loosely woven to be used where I intended. I had ordered 3 eight foot runners and when the first one arrived I immediately called customer service to stop delivery on the other two and initiate returns for the one that was delivered. I spent nearly an hour on the phone with customer service and was assured that the two had been stopped before processing for shipment. Then the next day I was notified that they were shipping that day and I'd have to wait until they arrived in order to initiate return for all three. So now I am paying for the return shipping of all of them rather than the one. So all of the rugs probably deserve four stars or so the customer service deserves one! Update: On a $125 order, my return refund was $31 after return shipping. Crazy!

Be discerning on rug specifications

I like the rug in terms of look - color, pattern, size. What I was a little disappointed in is that the weave is much, much looser than I would have preferred. In this case, it looks like a borderline rag rug, which is not what I'd intentioned. I can't find the original listing - maybe they sold out - but I don't think the weave density or rag-ruggy design/construction was made clear.

This rug looks so much more expensive than it's actual cost!! I purchased the blue/tan area rug for under my daughter's kitchen table and it looks so nice, so cozy! The color combo is so rich and the pics do not do it justice!! I also ordered the matching runner for her hallway... perfect!! Excellent quality, great purchase!!

I ordered two 3x5' rugs. They were wrapped well, rolled super tight. My did not have an odd smell to them. This particular rug is easily reversible. They definitely have added some style to my entry mud room. They did need a few days to stretch and lay flat which was noted in the included instructions. I'd definitely purchase these again.

Well made and very nice

I had to return this rug because the colors didn't work out for my space but the rug is absolutely beautiful and great quality. I bought it for under my kitchenette table, it would have worked just fine but for the colors. Highly recommend.
