Got this for my daughter. Came package well with no damages. Assembly was easy. Instruction were very straight forward forward. Took us 45 minutes to put together with 2 people. I am very please with the quality. It seems durable and will hold up well. This review was written by a full-time Bed Bath & Beyond employee. I received the product for free in exchange for my honest feedback.

Perfect shelf unit for a narrow space in both width and depth. Was easy to build with lots of shelves that can use used or not depending on height needed for each shelf usage. Exceeded our expectations.

Great purchase

Arrived intact, all predrilled holes were perfectly lined up, all parts present, well made, easy to put together, nice looking.

alot sturdier than others that cost alot more. still needs anchoring to wall.

I would purchase it again.

once we put this cabinet together, It turned out to be a great cabinet. It holds exactly what we wanted it to and looks nice. Liked the adjustable shelves.

Had only a small space to add some shelving to better organize our CD collection. This bookcase fit perfectly. It was relatively easy to put together. It appears to be sturdy and well made. I am very pleased with how it turned out.

It was damaged when it arrived. When we took ou the panels both side panels had visible dents and cuts. Two shelves were the same. The back panel was bent and cracked. The product itself, if it hadn't had a horrible shipment, would have been a beautiful bookshelf. The panels are thick, so are the tops and bottom. Not something you'd find at old Wally World. The shelf itself is definitely worth the money... But ... shipment. I've no clue if came from the warehouse like this or it was beat up on the ride to my house.

Nice shelf unit. Installation is of an average level of difficulty if you follow instructions and not just look at the pictures. One person can assemble.

Beautiful bookcases with outstanding quality

Excellent quality and packaging. The material is solid and very steady. Elegant and classical design. It fits great in the corner of my living room without taking much space. The customer service is very responsive, too. I bought three of them, one of them was missing parts, I contacted the Walmart customer service and instantly they contacted manufacturer and placed a replacement order for me. I am happily waiting for the missing parts and already set up two. I will update if my replacement order goes well. The instructions are straightforward and easy to follow!

Not happy

Screws were missing and one bookcase was smashed and cracked on the side.

Not good customer service

For some reason, unbeknownst to us, our order was canceled. We were suddenly notified that our our order had been canceled and we had not canceled it. Our money was returned to us of which I'm grateful. It was impossible to get with anyone to find out why this had occurred. Thus the low rating.

Finish on two of the shelves was peeling when we received it. A little disappointed in the quality and balance of the bookcase.

Very bad quality product.

Absolutely dissatisfied! The item was delivered and left by the door without knocking or what so ever in THE DAMAGE BOX. The shelf was damage accordingly. Besides that it had many damages and scratches in a different places. Absolutely bad quality. I will be happy to share the pictures to let people know. It looks horrible! The delivery service and the product itself unacceptable! I am very frustrated!
