Beautiful Sleigh Bed with heavy wood. Just recommend that when you order, please add white glove for installation.

We paid for white glove delivery which includes delivery and assembly. When Second to None Moving arrived with the bed, they said they were not going to assemble it. They said it would take too long. The bed looks nice, but delivery was disappointing.

my bed was not set properly parts were left off ( leg ) will the frame collapse because of this? I've already reported but have not gotten a response to fix!

Looks beautiful, but drawers are lower quality

We had limited options for a size full bedroom set in a darker wood with drawers on the bed, but this is the one we went with. It's a nice looking set, but all the furniture I looked at in the store really felt like they've gone downhill on quality. When I discussed this with the salesman in the store, he disagreed, saying their quality has actually improved. It has not. There were no display models of this set anywhere in the stores, so I had to buy this set sight unseen and wasn't sure how the drawers would be, I had hoped being the most expensive option we had, that it would be better quality. The drawers don't glide, they drag- wood on on little plastic discs. All of our previous bedroom sets have the rails on the sides of the drawers so they glide smoothly, no drag or wood on surface contact. It's clunky and loud and feels cheap. The set LOOKS beautiful, but the drawers are just cheap.

I wanted a solid wood bed. I saw the Pinank Solid Wood Storage bed by Darby home Co. To make sure the bed was solid wood I called Wayfair directly and asked the woman at Wayfair about the specifications of the Pinank by Darby. I also paid the the installation of the bed.

Beautiful bed at a great price. Assembly took us a while because there are very limited instructions that are mostly pictures you need to decipher.

Great bed with lots of storage! The directions weren't great which made the putting it together a bit stressful. All in All we love it!

Like the bed. Solid, good look. I am experienced mechanically but the assembly instructions were unusable.

Nice bed but came with a chip in footboard but Ryan at customer service was wonderful to work with. Was able to get a discount on the bed. Will just have to find someone to fix the bed. Only thing I couldn’t deal with were the instructions. Had to have my son in law put it together. Seems like this bed was bought by someone else and they put pieces together the wrong way and I had 2 missing parts so my son in law came up with ideas on how to fix it. But once together, it looks great in my grandsons room.

Good wood nice piece this is the last piece I got from the set and a part was broken off. I return a dresser because it was scraped now this. alot of work putting it together.

This is a beautiful bed. It's sturdy. The color is perfect, which means it is a bit darker than shown on the website (oak finish). The drawers could be a little sturdier, but I'm not really planning on putting anything heavy in them. When installing the drawers it was necessary to file down the plastic guides a bit in order to clear the inside notches on the metal track. But all in all, it was a great buy - we love it!

The bed looks awesome & worth the money but the reason for the 3 stars is I received a damaged side rail & footboard so unfortunately I can't submit pics. I receive a second footboard that the color was still off, so I'm currently waiting for my third replacement.

Very disappointed! Arrived with several spots of damage. Wood broken and split on back of headboard. Unable to get replacement since no more in this color, so stuck with damaged item. Damage not visible from front, and does not affect stability, so, lucky there. Despite being heavily packed, the headboard has several chips and dents and one prominent crack in the coating. We will try to camouflage those with black wood concealer. One of the wood support pieces was decayed. Instructions beyond useless, took a while to figure out proper assembly - very frustrating. The black bed on the website appears smooth as silk, but in reality our piece has a lot of grain texture - not what we were expecting. Drawer slides are extremely stiff and do not glide smoothly. Let's face it - you get what you pay for.

Everything about the bed is excellent. Looks better than the picture. Worth every penny

We just love this bed. It is beautiful. Unfortunately the frame has broken.
