Amazing pan
The packaging is very nice- makes a great presentation. Have only had it a few days but it has performed well. The weigh is also very nice. It feels like a quality piece of equipment.

I got sick of cleaning cast iron pans and wanted to try stainless steel and I'm loving it! As long as I put some tallow or cooking spray on the pan things don't stick very much and it's much easier cleanup. I did just buy the ceramic skillets as well and love those too!
