Great for Bologna
This little pan is of excellent quality. Heavy and sits absolutely flat. I don't have a problem with the handle making it tilt. Mine is perfect. Medium heat, little oil and this pan cooks great. Cleans up very nicely. I bought it on sale and now I'm super happy with my purchase. Do you miss fried bologna sandwiches? Well, this pan makes perfect crispy edges fried bologna & is the perfect fit.

I love my 10-inch skillet. This is an excellent quality pan. It is a nice heavy and very durable pan. It is a perfect size pan. It's my go-to pan. It heats up great and distributes the heat evenly. It is easy to clean. I handwash all of my pans. Viking Cookware is excellent.

They look great, but not impressed until I used them. I’m over the moon on the functionality from the ease of cooking to ease of cleanup. Everything about them is functional
