Great pan!

I love cooking with enameled cast iron. It gives a better flavor to foods because of the way the heat is dispersed. This pan is no different. A great way to make casseroles, pot pies or almost anything. A good buy.

Excellent enamelled cast iron braiser. Very heavy, but appears to be a great choice for a big shallow pot that you could fry chicken or braise meats or for a pasta dish. I feel like I'll enjoy it. Shipped and arrived quickly.

Good product overall

Love the look and feel. Heats evenly and pleased with the product. Price is on the higher side. Only issue is that the pot had stain spots after stir frying meat for the first time. Even after a vigorous scrub, there are still stain spots visible. Such a bummer.

The heavy bottomed pan really helps the cooking of everything I’ve tried so far from eggs to sauté. Although it’s a bit heavy to wash, it is easy to clean because it enameled. It’s such a beautiful color, but I keep it out on my stove.
