Good value, beautiful color and energy saver

This is my 4th pot/pan from Crock Pot brand. I think it's a good value and the colors they offer are beautiful. Electricity is expensive in CA and these are designed to use low heat and retain heat so you use less electricity. They clean up beautifully with a non stick scrubber, Dawn and vinegar to get the tough stains out. I have a Lodge 5 qt Dutch oven and you can't cook high acid food or it will damage the finish. I made apricot jam in the Lodge and it stained the exterior, bummer. These pots and pans don't have those restrictions. This 5 qt braiser pan is a good value and I highly recommend it.

I already use a Dutch oven by Crock-pot. My new Artisan braiser compliments the joy of cooking and makes a wonderful addition to my favorite cook wear.

I love this pot. It keeps my food moist while cooking. I can bake bread in it. It is an all purpose cooking machine!!

Loving this pot so far. Cooked once with it made some collard greens. No complaints. The pot has some weight on it the lid is a little heavy and gets hot, so be mindful of that. It’s a nice color, too. Great buy.

One of the best purchases I have made

I have used this every day since the day it arrived. Cooks evenly, and I feel like I don't need any of my other frying pans or pots because this works great for everything. If you are on the fence, don't wait. I guarantee you will feel the same way.

I was hesitate to purchase this pan at first, not sure if I would actually use it, but I wanted one. When I received it I was surprised how heavy it was, almost sent it back, but so glad I didn't. I waited it seemed forever to use it, but once I did I haven't stopped!! I love this pan ! Although heavy, at least for me, it does a fantastic job of cooking. I use it almost everyday ! It is so versatile and cleaning is a breeze. Very much satisfied with this purchase !!

Crockpot enameled cast iron braiser

I loved using this enameled cast iron braiser by Crockpot. For any kind of dish I can think of. I am sure I save in electricity by using it. I used 3 or 2 to finish my cooking.

This was a great purchase

This came in the box, brand new at a very fair price. No nicks and no flaws. I used it to bake a chicken to try it out. I love it and a side benefit is that it will build my muscles since it is so heavy..lol

Braiser Pan - a HUGE addition to cooking option!

This braiser pan was like 'hitting the jackpot'. Able to now do SO MANY things so much simpler than in the past! All cooks should invest in one!

Beautiful pot, but color is off

Love the pot; however, it's going back because the green is not a "true" green as is looks on the photo. It is more of a light sage green.

Received it today made butter chicken turned out so delicious!! It’s pretty heavy but that’s what I expected anyway I was looking for something flat for my electric stove and I found it finally!! Definitely recommend it.

Very heavy and with food added I had to be very careful putting in and out the oven. They had a great sale on this Crockpot brand but the Creuset brand is a lot lighter and more expensive but worth it.

Ideal

I haven’t tried stovetop but in the oven my pot roasts are very tasty. I don’t recommend “Joy of Cooking - too brief” but with another cookbook or YouTube even an old guy like me can get things right with this product.

I love 💕 this Crockpot and this COLOR!! I have been looking for this color for a while. Now if you would provide the sizes I. This color and the brand Crock pot, we will be doing much better. I will definitely be using this tonight!!😊

I read somewhere not to waste money on Le Creuset braisers or dutch ovens as Crock Pot is a much less expensive alternative that will deliver the same results. I've used it so far to braise short ribs, fry shrimp cakes and cook potstickers. Beautiful results every time with no stick and easy clean up. I will definitely purchase another braiser but in a different color (maybe pink or purple).

I am very impressed with this pan. I have made some of the best fried chicken in it, and the versatility is endless. The pan cleans easily and doesn't stick.

Actually too shallow for my liking. I make use of it.. love the colour.. I prefer a bit deeper. Be careful how u handle it! Try not to bang it up it does chip!

Love this pan! I have an induction cooktop and this is perfect. Heats very evenly, lid seals very nicely, heat retention is great for dinner service, and cleanup is a breeze!
