One of the three toilets came totally damaged. All three of the toilets were missing the installation parts and the instructions for installation were incorrect. We contacted manufacturer Swiss Madison and they are a total joke foe customer support. They told us the parts are on back order until December. So sorry! Well that did not work so returned for a full refund at the store.

I am very disappointed. The toilet did not come with a seat, however, it's shown with a seat. The toilet is already attached to the wall with me believing a seat was on the way. Although, the title says Swiss Madison Carre 0.8/1.28 GPF Dual Flush Elongated Wall Hung Toilet Bowl Only in White. The "Toilet Bowl Only in White" is confusing. It reads as if the only color available is white, instead of it only being a toilet bowl. I will not continue shopping with Home Depot for my housing needs. I am quite upset because I called a few times over the past few weeks and even the operators didn't know that the toilet bowl didn't come with a seat. Not until the last operator noticed and informed me that I would not be receiving a seat because it was not included. Now I have to purchase a seat when I could have purchased a bowl with a seat included. I will also be cancelling my Home Depot cards.

Product design issue

The critical horizontal connecting pipe included was too short for this model. I had to add a no hub to complete the sewer connection.

So chic and gorgeous! This modern and sleek toilet makes my bathroom look so much bigger! So in love with the look. The first one arrived completely shattered and wayfair sent a new one within hours
