Poor quality Hinkley light

My husband and I are contractors. We have purchased many Hinkley lighting fixtures for our personal homes. This light is beautiful made to look like wrought iron BUT I can't tell if its plastic or metal the quality is so poor. Buyer beware if this is the quality Hinkley is now producing.

Glass broken

We ordered 3 fixtures - all shipped separate boxes - boxes did not look damaged - opened and all 3 fixtures glass is broken. Reported to 1 stop over a week ago - awaiting word from customer service - tried calling to Expedite shipment of new glass - stayed on line 20 minutes - no answer
