Tub came damaged from shipping. Not sure if it was how it was packaged or it was from the shippers. I emailed customer service and had zero reply

We are THRILLED with our Matte Black Catino tub! We recently took our primary bathroom down the studs and were going for a spa-like design. We were originally planning for a white tub, but couldn't resist the matte black design when we saw it! The tub is stunning and always receives good feedback when our friends and family first see it. It's super easy to clean! Other things we like about it include the depth of the tub, as well as the length. We'd highly recommend this tub - 5/5!

Well if your thinking of this bold beauty, go for it! It’s absolutely stunning! Initially we were skeptical with going with a black tub. However, once it arrived and we were able to physically see it. We knew that we’d made the right decision. The overall design is gorgeous! We love how it’s the centerpiece of our master bath. It definitely gave us that bold and beautiful look that we were going for. Now, the tub is heavy and rather large. A minimum of two people when moving it around and placing it. The tub arrived on time, packaged extremely well with no damage. I encourage you to do some research on this tub design. Specifically the material thats used if your looking to justify the price point. It’s truly a better product. I hope this helps someone with making their decision.
