Working good as described
Lasted only one year before the motor blew.
Works ok but the touch buttons are very poor quality. Hasn’t even lasted 2 years

Replacement Parts Hard to Find
The hood works well, looks good, and is easy to clean. The control display failed after four years, and so far it's been impossible to locate a replacement part. Seems I have to replace the whole hood.
It is beautiful!
The packing on this was too excessive. Took me an hour to peel off everything before installing it. Outside of that it looks great and works well.
A little hard to install and the clock didn’t fully light up for like 2 weeks, then it started working again.

This range is beautiful. We did our kitchen over and with the new backsplash that I put in it looks lovely.
It has lasted me more than 3 years and 7 months, I had it working most of the day, not only did I use it when I was cooking, I also used it as ventilation to let in fresh air from outside, it worked excellently, I do recommend it.

Remodeled our kitchen and came across this hood. Couldn't be more pleased. Complements our Frigidaire stainless appliances perfectly. Very high end looks at an affordable price.
It was very difficult to get the instructions on how to convert to ductless air flow. The instructions were not included in what was sent. Very frustrating phone calls. Also, there are a couple of “spots” on the stainless steel that’s cannot polish off.
Unbelievable!! My husband couldnt believe the quality of this unit. I have to admit I thought they sent me the wrong color, I actually called the mfg, name was on the shipping label there was a white shrink wrap around the whole piece, to take it off took longer than the installation....would highly recommend it...real quality

Perfect. Works great. The only negative is trying to find replacement charcoal filters.
