I was told by Wayfair that this rod was the downrod for the fan that I bought from Wayfair. It was the wrong size! Not something I notice as a lay person. My contractor caught this as he was installing. My house is torn apart. I have scaffolding in my living room holes in my ceiling and a down rod that does not fit. I contacted Wayfair. They do not have the correct downrod. I am very unsatisfied.

I was told this was the correct size for the fan I ordered, it didn’t fit unfortunately and I couldn’t return it as I was just a couple days outside the return window since I had been waiting for our electrician with scaffolding to instal it in our 21ft tall family room. Had to run to a local store who thankfully had only 1 in stock that day.

Fan comes with shorter electrical connection than this larger pole and could not use.
