Product as described. Definitely a two man install. Installed as indicated. Minor thing seal strips came with it but were not called out specifically in the instructions.

No support and poor instructions

After the door was installed, I should be loving it. First off, don't expect any help from Basco if you are in the middle of the installation. The handyman and us watched the installation video numerous times. The written instructions are out of date. Three items that were not addressed and I could not get any answers from customer service.1. One of the glass panel packages had two long strips of rubber molding packed with it. No mention of what they are supposed to be for. 2. There are eight hinge gasket, different thicknesses. No mention in the video or the written instructions which ones to use. 3. The written instructions advise to use the hinge with the logo as the top hinge. Both hinges have the logo. The instruction says to use 7/16" blocks for the door in order to get the correct height. This is obviously incorrect, because now the drip vinyl does not allow for the door to operate smoothly, there is a lot of resistance. Furthermore, the door sits lower than the side panel because 7/16" blocks are not enough.

The door is solid, and fit well. Installed by our contractor who said it was not at all difficult. we had a custom door made for our other bathroom and honestly we do not see any difference . except the price, this door is a great value.

Requires someone who can troubleshoot because of "width" measurements. The ad says "up to 46 in....

Requires someone who can troubleshoot because of "width" measurements. The ad says "up to 46 in.". My opening is 45 3/4 inches...within the limits. However, we had to "build up" the stationary glass side of the opening to make sure the glass doesn't wiggle or fall out. The stationary channel that it comes with does not have a gasket or something similar to hold the glass in the channel. Poor design. The Basco rep I called was worthless too. I doubt that she has ever had to install a glass shower door. Also, I got the glass that has the "AquaGlass" treatment...but, it's only treated on one side! Come on, treat both sides. In "very small" print on a sticker, it says to install this side out. Well, we had to flip the swinging door glass because we didn't see the small print until it was installed. Just treat both sides! How much more would it cost you/the company to do that?

Great door, customer support at Basco not so great. Make sure walls are truely plumb or you'll have a real challenge with alignment.
