Outstanding tub! Excellent jet pressure and simple controls.

My contractor installed the tub and said that it’s not self leveling, but said that it wasn’t an issue. After installing, the tub was easy to use and really nice on my quads and feet after my bike ride! The jets for your back serve no purpose: when you lean back to rest, you effectively block them; if you lean forward they shoot out of the water and remove the point of having them. The jets for your calves are weird too: why are they there? They don’t hit your calves, so are quite pointless too. I would recommend that Jacuzzi relocate and rethink the location of the lumbar and calf jets - a thought is to recess the lumbar jets so one can lean back and get a massage like most people are expecting; and relocate the calf jets to the quads so you can get a full coverage massage there, one high on the quad, one lower. In the end, I am quite disappointed with this product. Unless jacuzzi can offer how I’m sitting in the tub incorrectly, this product is a bust. The bad part is it costs so much to customize the installation and then get it all plumbed in before you can even test it only to find out that it kind of sucks. This is not the product I was expecting from a well known brand and is one I would not recommend. I would hope and expect Jacuzzi to reach out to me and offer solutions. I’ll update if they do.

This tub is the perfect size. It is able to be filled up without draining all of the water from our water heater. The sloped back is very comfortable. The product is exactly as described. I would purchase again!

I gutted our Master Bath two years ago...still love

It took a while, but Jacuzzi made it right

In April of this year, I was remodeling my 1980's master bath into a contemporary retreat with the Jacuzzi tub as the centerpiece. The tub came more quickly than I expected, and was intact and appeared that all was in order. When my bathroom was finished, I filled the tub, got a glass of wine, lowered myself in and pushed the "ON" button. To my surprise the back jets were so forceful the water sprayed like a firehose and hit the wall at the foot of the tub - with no way to adjust the flow. There was water everywhere. The next day, after sending pictures of my jets to Jacuzzi Customer Service, I was told I had the wrong jets (DUH!). I was told they would send the proper jets to a local technician who would then call me to make an appointment to install the new jets. When no one called after a month, I emailed again and finally got the technician to come over this week and install the jets -- but I had to call him -- he did not initiate the service call. But all's well that ends well. It appears to work fine now -- it just took longer than expected to get that first good bath!
