Very happy with our tub choice!

We are very pleased with the Jacuzzi CETRA 6032 Whirlpool tub! The tub that we replaced had a finite space and we needed entry to the tub on the Drain end. We were able to accommodate those parameters and get exactly what we wanted!

drain is broken

I bought the tub 2 years ago. Right now the drain stopper is broken and will not stay down. I cannot keep water in the tub. I have been unable to find a replacement and am very frustrated. I cannot find anywhere on the website to order the part. Please advise.

New tub came damaged

I bought this tub in Dec 2020, due to covid emergency I could not get anyone to install it. My contractor stated work in May and when he opened the package to install it he found the bottom of the Tub damaged. There was no insulation and it actually had a hole win it. It is unbelievable a brand new tub went through quality inspection and passed with these kinds of defects. Since it is more than 5 months Lowes will not take it back, and the Jacuzzi customer service wait time is more than 1 hr. each time.

Home Depot had the best price for this tub by far the other sites I was on was over $100 more expensive. Delivery was extremely fast got here far before the ETA and was good overall except that Home Depot butchered my phone number so delivery guy just showed up he said that’s pretty common w HD. It all worked out fine tho since I stay home during the day but if you work it could be a problem. Love the size of this tub! It is so comfortable to sit in and will fit all my kids. It fit well into our alcove even tho when I measured wall to wall it was less than 60in once we got down to the studs it fit so if you measure slightly below 60in too the tub should still fit. I think mine measured 59 1/4. One thing to notice is that the tub is a drop in meaning the sides are unfinished. I saw the picture where it has a finished side and didn’t realize it would need a side. We are making ours from scratch instead of buying a skirt which is going to save us at least $200. Or you can buy this tub in a specific right or left hand version w a finished side which is available on the HD website but for some reason the dimensions are smaller for both soaking height and width and I wanted a big tub. We are still trying to complete the reno so I haven’t used it yet. There was some confusion during the installation about what kind of subfloor it needed and my father in law thought the instructions weren’t very good but he and my husband called Jacuzi and eventually got it figured out and it’s installed now just waiting for the wall tile to be finished. We have been tiling the wall over it and it hasn’t gotten cracked or scratched up w all the work going on thank goodness. I think it’s going to be a great tub.

I loved the soaking tub that I ordered, but was not aware that the back wall had such an angle that you loose so much interior length. The inside length is 40 inches not 60 inches. I have long legs and now I am stuck with a short bath tub. It is very deep and it is much better than what I had, but I was very disappointed that I could not stretch out. The picture does not show how much of an angle the back has. I would not recommend this tub for anyone that has a 36" inseam. It will be too short.

No Quality Control or Service

My contractor installed the system but did not test it first at my request, this was a new system and should have been tested before shipment. After the install the contractor discovered one of the jets was leaking. At first we didn't have the serial number but the contractor was able to take a picture of the very hidden label on the tub. It needs to be more accessible.
