The worst customer service ever
I purchased 2 faucets for a remodel project. They did not work which is no big deal at all. Nothing wrong with the faucet it just wasn't compatible with the existing set up. This is where everything goes bad. I am so disappointed with Lowes customer service I believe this will be the last thing I purchase from Lowes. It took two hours of my life, on the phone with a customer care rep, who didn't really care, to return a product that was unused, just didn't work out. A standard return. despite the fact Lowes states right on the website over and over again free returns, that is not necessarily true. I cannot spend money at a store that will not allow you to ship items back for a return. I no longer trust Lowes. This is goodbye Lowes... it was fun while it lasted. Do better.
