Gold color was faded straight out of the box even before install. I cleaned with mild soap and warm water so those are not dirty stains you are seeing. This product looks so cheap and used which is shocking for a delta product. I’m devastated because I waited a long time for the delivery, then install. And now i need to buy another replacement all over again.

It would have been great if Wayfair shipped the product with all of the hardware. We learned the day before our install that we were missing all of the hardware needed to install it. Wayfair initially told us we would have to refer to the manufacturer for the clearly open box product we received. A manager overrode this, but we have to wait 3-5 business days to get a refund and we had to cancel our install in the only bathroom we have. So no sink for another 7 days or more while we order another one to replace the one Wayfair shipped with missing parts. Customer service was minimal, they didn't really offer any reconciliation for the huge issue they created by sending a product with missing parts and didn't help much other than finally agreeing to return the item. Pretty disappointed with Wayfair and their shipping and customer service on this one.

Your third-party vendor does not answer phone calls or view their emails. We had a scheduled delivery for 9/7 2-6 p.m. When I didn't hear from them by 5 p.m. PT, I called Wayfair who got hold of someone (the first time ever despite repeated attempts) and they said they were on their way and they'd be calling me shortly and be at my house by 5:50 p.m. No phone call. No show. No call the next morning either. They just rescheduled for a day I wouldn't be home. Prior to the attempted delivery, they also did the same thing and scheduled for a day I was out of town, despite the policy, which requires them to call me first to schedule. They are unreliable and make Wayfair look really bad. JWW Logistics in Reno needs to be FIRED!!!!

This is a high quality faucet and we are really happy with it. We installed in our guest bathroom and it looks very elegant. It's a heavy faucet and feels expensive. We're very happy with it.

It’s a pretty set but the finish is not what I expected. We have the champagne bronze but looks more antique gold. ( dark) I’m keeping it as I missed the return window but other finishes are better.

This faucet is really very pretty. This is the faucet that came with the drain that does not fit the sink in my vanity. Not the fault of the faucet though. I suspect the Vanity Manufacturer should say something about needing a special drain to fit this low profile sink.

This is a Delta faucet. Very disappointed in their quality control. Faucet seems fine but one of the brackets that threads up on handle from below has badly damaged threads and gouged. Will not thread on bottom of handle to secure. Now I have to try and find replacement. Cannot use sink until can get faucet installed.

Installed a couple of weeks ago in full bath remodel. So far, so good. Since install noticed that it takes hit water longer ro get to my vanity and my wife's vanity. Not sure it is associated with the faucets may be a coincidence. The faucets look great, popup drain works well.

I love the design of this faucet. It is rather short on the distance it comes out, so I would ask for that to be extended a touch. It does reach the sink, but it is on the closer side. It is also not quite as tall as I was expecting. It works well so far, and I am happy with the overall look.

It gives the modern touch to my vanity, it is also modern. Great price and it comes with the valve.

Colour is beautiful and the faucet feels solidly built. Fingers galore so word of caution that you’ll find yourself wiping this faucet down quite frequently

Really help to update my parents beach condo. Shiplap and new vanity. Delta always a reliable choice and more modern look. I added the one hole matching faucet for second bathroom
