Poor Drain Design
After only a few uses, the pop-up drain failed. It is locked in the down position. According to the manufacturer, the pop-up part cannot be replaced, the entire drain needs to be replaced which requires the tub to be removed. So I had to unscrew the pop-up drain cap to drain the tub and I now have a rubber plug on a chain. I would recommend not buying this product due to a very poor drain design.
