I ordered two 9x12 rugs in beige. The items arrived well packaged. As with anything ordered from a picture on the internet, you take a chance... Unfortunely in my case, both rugs were more of a blush beige tint, not the neutral beige I was hoping for. The braids are connected by a very fine, clear nylon thread. I was careful when I was positioned the rugs in the room, but two 3-4 inch areas on the seams broke in a couple places on both rugs during placement. If the rugs were the color I had hoped for, and if I didn't have active dogs that play and cause more seams to break, I probably would have been fine with this purchase. I moved one rugs to a guest bedroom for now, and gifted the other to a relative.
