Nice rug but color is off & width is shorter

I ordered the 11'x15' size but the width is 5.5 inches shorter and the stone color was much darker than images on the site. I thought they sent the wrong color as the rug appears over dyed with a greenish murky brown tinge. There were 2 small areas where it appears to have some stains.

Low quality edge

This is a terrible rug. It feels thick and nice underfoot, but it has no binding or anything around the edges to weight it and keep it laying flat. As a result, the edges constantly bunch up and look messy even with a rug pad. It’s also a trip hazard IMO. I bought the taupe color and it really changes color from grey to beige. I don’t mind this, but the color will depend on your light.

High quality

This is a very high quality handmade rug. It is exactly what I was looking for and it looks great in my space. However, do keep in mind it needs to be vacuumed every single day due to its color. :)

AVOID. Not as pictured

Awful. We ordered the Stone color, it looked nothing like the photos. Neither ivory, nor beige, nor gray. It was a dirty yellow, looked like a puppy pad. Terrible quality....I was so excited for this but was so disappointed when it came. It wasn't cheap either, though it looked terribly cheap...do NOT recommend

Gorgeous wool rug!

This rug will elevate any space you have, soft, thick and looks REALLY EXPENSIVE! I purchased this rug for my entryway and I loved it so much. I bought a second runner for the bottom of the stairs and a third one that my rug company is cutting and binding to fit the stairwell landing! I am super happy with my purchase!

Excellent quality wool rug for the price

It’s an incredibly soft dense wool in a versatile shade of “greige”. The subtle striated pattern gives it variation without being busy or distracting and it plays well in our transitional styled space. Only criticism is that it’s a few inches short of 9x12. It looks and feels higher quality than rugs that cost 3-4 times more and often aren’t even real wool (which wears better and is easier to clean than things like viscose or lyocell that seem soft but don’t hold up well).

Charcoal wasn't my first color of choice, as I was concerned it would look too much like navy. But after literally a couple of months, I couldn't be happier. I now can't imagine any other color! And between the price and the performance, there is nothing negative to say about this rug. Personally, I would have liked a slightly deeper pile - but, it was out of my price range. The size of this rug was a huge factor, which I LOVE. Definitely recommend, very happy!

Luxurious Rug

This is such a luxurious rug. It looks stunning in my kitchen. Definitely not your average kitchen rug! Thicker than expected considering the price. Highly Recommend!

Great Rug!!

The rug was beautiful and well made. I loved it. But unfortunately, it is much lighter than it looks online. Therefore, I had to return them.

Great rug -> LOW/MEDIUM Traffic

Soft texture + plush under foot + neutral tones. Modern clean look. Not OCD friendly. This is a great quality rug... BUT One very important thing to note- using the wrong vacuum settings will destroy this rug. The negative reviews are likely from those that have this in a high traffic area and/or are using a vacuum with a beater brush. If you have a vacuum you can raise the height of, or turn off the beater brush you will be good. Sebo makes a great vacuum option for this type of rug. I have bought hundreds of rugs from fine persian rugs to inexpensive polypropylene rugs, this isn't a high end rug, but is an excellent value for the price and would put it mid range quality. It is far better than anything your going to find in the hardware stores, T or W. There was no odor. Mine has had no shedding, which is generally typical of any new wool tufted/ hand-knotted style rugs. It hasn't needed to be vacuumed yet... so will update with any concerns, if they occur. The Charcoal color is a great mix of earthy tones and doesn't pull strong undertones. That's always a challenge with gray rugs. It has a nice blend of neutral hues. You get a dash of brown, black, and gray. The pile height with a thick pad under in, is exceptionally comfortable. The wool fibers are soft to the touch and not wirery. This is a great bedroom rug. I would NOT use this as an entry rug, living room rug, or in a kids room. I would caution anyone with super hyper dogs that do zoomies, this isn't your best choice of weave for them. They will definitely love to nap on it though.

My particular rug arrived with a block of discoloration (noticeable in varying degrees, depending on the light. Wayfair gave me a partial discount, so I am deciding to live with it. Other than this completely unforeseen anomaly, the rug itself (lovely wool and cotton!) has a really nice hand, and is so superior to any polypropylene versions. I would definitely purchase it again in a different color way andor size as it’s an extremely nice rug for the price!

This rug was ok. What I didn't like about it was it didn't have any outer lining which made it look somewhat unfinished. I wouldn't purchase again.
