For the price, this is a great piece. We'll constructed. Easy to assemble. Well packed.

Excellent Quality - 85% preassembled!

Wow! My sideboard arrived within 48 hours of ordering. It comes 85% assembled, you just screw on the legs and bottom shelf. It feels like a great quality piece of furniture, not the typical assemble yourself big box store. I am truly impressed. The doors line up, the drawers are nice and heavy, and the knobs are solid metal. The detailing is perfect, too. Not too distressed or overly distressed. If I didn't know, I'd think it came from Ethan Allen. We'll see how it holds up, but I am very optimistic.

perfect piece

We love this piece . Easy to put together. Perfect color as shown.Size fit perfectly in the space in my foyer.

We bought this because it was not MDF and had good reviews. We use it as a coffee station so we put a piece of glass on the top. The cabinets have lots of space but I had to get wire shelves because it does not have a shelf inside. The small drawers are perfect for eye glasses and small things we use everyday. This piece of furniture has held up to our constant use and we are very happy, especially for the price.

Beautiful Sideboard

Love, love this sideboard! The size was perfect for my space and love all the storage space. The piece is very sturdy and extremely easy to put together. Highly recommend!

NOT REAL WOOD - BEWARE !

Beware I just received this sideboard and it is NOT REAL WOOD I have MCS/EI and cannot have particle board in my living environment and it is going straight back! What a price to pay for something so cheaply made! If I could give ZERO stars I would. Definitely don't recommend.

I had been looking for a buffet and had an idea regarding the style that I wanted. It took a while, even going to furniture stores to browse, and with the Safavieh Red Buffet with Storage I found the perfect piece at Home Depot. I wanted one to house my coffee bar setup, but wanted something in color that goes along with our warm color scheme and something more rustic looking. This piece is perfect. It is good quality, was easy for my husband and myself to put together, is heavy duty wood and not particle board. It has a nice wood-grain top and storage in the bottom area. My husband and I play a lot of board games at our dining table, so the below storage area is perfect for our games. It has four small drawers that I use to store my k-cups. It has two cabinet doors with storage that I use for my cups. The picture of the product doesn’t do it justice. It looks a lot nicer than the picture. I could go on and on about this piece, because I love seeing it in my dining room and using it everyday. I highly recommend it! Great piece of furniture!

Item shipped with INCORRECT HARDWARE won't correct

We ordered this item from Walmart and after opening the package discovered that it had been shipped with the incorrect hardware and instruction manual. The directions and the hardware package were labeled and showing a totally different item and the pieces were not usable to put this together. We contacted the supplier, SAFAVIEH to see if they could ship us the correct hardware package. They replied that the CORRECT HARDWARE IS OUT OF STOCK FOR 6-8 MONTHS and they are unable to help. They suggested returning the item to Walmart. It appears as if the correct hardware is out of stock so they are just shipping it with the wrong hardware and passing the issue on to the consumer. It's possible to put it together using items from the hardware store but, if you dont want to be bothered with that hassle, dont buy this item. I am pasting below the exact response I got from the safavieh customer service rep.

Gorgeous and Sturdy

This is one of my favorite pieces of furniture in my home. The color is gorgeous (included second "closer" photo to show color a bit better); it's the perfect little "pop" of color without going too crazy. It's sturdy and has a lot of cabinet and drawer storage. We have this just inside our living room and front door, and it makes a great entry table. My husband assembled this with no issues. Everything needed to assemble was included and aligned correctly, etc. Highly recommend!

This is a very nice looking piece overall. Unfortunately, as we went to put it together, the wood splintered due to the screws not being the right length. Even when we tightened the screws as much as possible, the leg was still loose. It's also very rough feeling which wouldn't be a big issue but it's not as finished as I would have liked. We ended up returning the item.
