Very good quality faucet. I would rate it 4.5 stars if available. Just a little tricky with the tension tightening of the escutcheon with the three screws to the sink deck, keeping the faucet level to avoid binding when it swivels. Looks great. Home Depot pickup lockers work very well for convenience.

This Moen product is another of others we have in our home. It’s very attractive and stylish yet very practical in application use in our kitchen. While Moen offers various other styles and features, this particular one has proven to be very cost effective yet more than enough in providing perfect use!

Very well built

Compared this with Delta Collins, Delta Linden and Kohler Jolt faucets. No contest, the Moen mounting system is much sturdier, with the escutcheon being solid, heavy metal, and employing a good o-ring sealing system around the base. The single-hole escutcheon was not included with the faucet (even though the faucet was pictured with it on the website), but Home Depot put me in touch with Moen parts dept. and they quickly sent me the missing escutcheon, along with a 2.2 gpm aerator, at no cost.

I had to buy his to use for our dishwasher. It’s not my style and the water splashes everywhere. I even have an extra deep sink. I wish I could have kept my larger faucet and just bough an adapter.

Stiff handle, stiff neck

Very stiff movement for handle. Very stiff for neck to swivel. If you have arthritis, cannot lift much weight, cannot apply much pressure with your hands, get something else. If I wasn't moving in the near future, I would give this away. My inflammation does flare up, pressure is a problem, so is weight, and so this faucet is something I do not like using.

Looks great, handle moves easy and smooth. It feels that it is build very well. I think it will last for many years. It is a pleasant feeling. I think my money spent on a right thing.

I bought this because it claimed to support 3-hole sink applications (see the specifications and installation guide). In fact, the model I received has a single hollow post down the center with all the supply lines. One applies a nut over this to tighten to the sink. With the escutcheon and gasket in place, I was able to get it tight enough to be flush to the sink with no leaks coming from top of sink, and the faucet functioned perfectly. I am just disappointed that I might as well have bought the $30 cheaper Adler model which clearly showed single point of attachment design.

Overall works well. In order to get the hottest water arm needs to be all the way left and this is a little stiff. Otherwise it seems to be a fine product.

We did notice the water lines were much narrower than the previous lines, including the nut used to tighten the connection. Is this to save water? We're thinking the smaller nut may not hold up and if water leaked on it, it could rust quicker which makes it more difficult to replace.

We've always been Moen customers. The only reason we replaced our kitchen sink is because after repainting, the wife decided to switch from chrome to brushed nickel. The one we took out is exactly the same faucet except it was in chrome. We've been using daily for over 5 years without any issues whatsoever. We trust Moen products with our eyes closed.

Great Basic Kitchen Faucet

I bought one with the chrome finish. It looks & feels like a high quality product. It was very easy to install with the long integrated supply lines that attach directly to angle stops designed for standard 3/8" compression fittings. This is probably one of Moen's most popular "builder" kitchen faucets. Don't know why HD only sells these online. They may have "no compete" sales agreement with Moen to protect their similar but inferior Glacier Bay product.

Very nice, basic faucet.

I bought this to replace an aging American Standard that was leaking and falling apart. It seems to be well built and has a nice light touch to the handle and the faucet itself swivels to the left and right easily (the old one was very stiff and didn't want to go right and left easily). So far, very pleased with the feel and performance of the Moen faucet. If it lasts and is trouble free for a few years I will buy another Moen product! Not a stylish, expensive, imported piece, just a good basic faucet with a nice touch!

I have now purchased (for rentals) 3 Moen Chateau style kitchen faucets and this one, as the others, is an excellent quality faucet. The oldest (5 years old) is still working like new and it even still looks brand new. Very easy to keep clean (No Abrasives!). These are all metal faucets with a very good quality chrome finish. I highly recommend these faucets for their beauty, longevity and reasonable price. FYI: This faucet comes with the hoses attached with 3/8" female connectors for your angle shut-off valves. Note: I am using these faucets to replace our over 20 year old aging Moen 2-handle faucets. I think it will take another 10 years to replace the remaining old Moen faucets because they just last so long.
