I replaced a Moen left and right handle faucet, because I wanted the convenience of a single handle. This unit was also Moen. It was very easy to install. It came with the right install hardware. And it only took maybe 15-20 minutes to install. I was able to use the pull rod assembly for the drain, so I didn’t have to mess with drain at all. Very good quality faucet. It met my expectations fully.
The Moen faucet looks good now I will have to change the hall way bathroom to match .

This faucet was professionally installed with no problem. I find the positioning of the handle confusing as to which is hot and which is cold. It seems that the position of the part of the handle that you touch points to the opposite of where the hot and cold setting should be. We even had the plumber come back because we thought the hot/cold lines were crossed. We'll get used to it.
