NO INSTALLATION HARDWARE

I bought this product for a customer and i was highly disappointed when I opened the box to install it because there was no mounting hardware. This is the last part of the bathroom remolding project I have been working on. So now I am have to wait 10 days to get the hardware.

Faucet is beautiful, pretty easy to install. Stopper is good when clean, but soon gets clogged with hair, etc. and won't work. Rubber gasket around stopper stretches and becomes useless.

Good for cabin, but

Faucet works and looks just as expected. Took one star off just because I'm concerned about the Speed Connect. While yes, I can see how many would think it faster and easier to install, it did not feel as robust as the old way and I worry that it may wear down and be hard to repair.

I would have preferred to have the old style of pop up drain than the new Speed Connect Drain, but this was the faucet style I wanted. I was pleased with how easy it was to install. I had to take the cam/pop-up feature apart to be able to have the pop-up removeable to clean hairs etc. It was easy to do but chose to not install the connection to the rear, instead to the side to be able to see better when reinstalling the cam and cam cap. The logo is at an angle but not that noticeable. I should have used plumbers grease/when reinstalling as the o-ring did not seat well and had a leak. Leak solved with plumbers grease.

Having seen several commercial applications of American Standard products, I decided to replace our bathroom faucets with the brand. Installation was straight forward per the instructions. Read the instructions carefully prior to installation. The speed connect drain was easy to install and an upgrade from the old fashioned style. Looks good in the bathroom. The single lever style is easy to use. Comes with everything needed for the installation. Costs a bit more than the off-brand/contractor brand and is worth the price! Highly recommended!
