Beautiful toilet fit perfectly in an area where we had the need for a low profile toilet. Dual flush conserves water, and the toilet flushes effectively. We paid extra for quicker shipping to our house, which was a disaster. The toilet arrived in our city on Halloween and sat for a week until it was delivered to our house.

The installation instructions kind of suck, but the toilet is great. It's shocking how well it flushes, with such a small tank and it really is just built very well and comfortably. It's also pretty cool that the seat/lid is removable. I even figured out how to install a bidet on it (helpful tip, put it on the base first, before installing the parts the seat/lid attaches to; there is not a way to put it over those parts and then attach the seat/lid, i tried).

An expensive disappointment

A month ago I had this new dual flush toilet installed. My old toilet, other than being over 30 years old, only 16" high, also needed a new seal and often the flushing mechanism would break every couple years. Thinking of upgrading and using way less water, there were no other toilets in bisque/beige with a higher bowl (or dual flush) To my real disappointment, we now need to use the plunger (for 5 to 10 minutes) a couple times a week because BMs do not not go down often, and it backs up.

Stay away!! This is a scam... Toilet does not flush bowl properly at all!!

Great quality

Bought them on a good sale, after installation they made the bath room looked better and more modernized. They work great also and save a lot of water. Very happy with the purchase.

This is an attractive design, the color bisque is a bit to yellow for my decor. It has a nice clean line and looks very easy to keep clean.

Different but look nice in bathrooms. Purchased 2 for older 1995 built home.

We love love this commode, we had to adjust the rods for flushing it, it works great!!

Unfortunately, this toilet can stop-up often. Flushing completely is not guaranteed and having to use the plunger is a regular occurrence.

HIGHLY recommend

It's beautiful, however, it's not bisque color in person, more like a light yellow. Very different and works well, so I'm keeping it. The back is very low too which I like and the chair height elongated bowl is wonderful!

i needed a short toilet, and this is a bit higher than my older, but fits comfortably on its spot. spent more than what i would have prefered. However other short toiles were twice or more the cost. it is very sturdy and water efficient. sometimes i need to flush twice but i am not too concerned about it. looks very nice. highly recommended

Love it so stylish! Sturdy and much nicer from builder grade. Would buy again.
