Great for Gas range
As addvertised.
Very happy with this item, only complaints are that surface is a little difficult to maintain and it's a little awkward to store. Durable, good size for a large range without flat top, very pleased.
Even heat, & easy clean up.
Used it for our Caledonia Lions...Breakfast with Santa... to cook up scrambled eggs. We use shelled eggs out of a haft gallon carton and I could cook up the whole haft gallon at a time. We never ran out of eggs and only had one person cooking them up. We served over 300 guests, had a great time and the griddle made it go so smoothly and less stressful. Griddle cleaned up was easy, and heat was even over the whole thing, I love it! Thank you, Lion Mac
