Great product, I’m buying more for gifts!

We bought one for ourselves, appreciate the quality and ease of use, so much so, that we bought another as a gift.

Great deal

Small and compact. I had return because it stopped working it was great while it work customer service was great. I received a second one and that broke also. It was to late to return second time but that is okay replaced with a Keurig version now working great Gave 4 stars only because I had to return and the second one broke also.

My coffee maker only lasted 4 months. You have to hold the on button while brewing your coffee. Because it stop working after 30 days Macy’s refused to return or refund this purchase. Way too expensive for only 4 months use.

Quality is less than expected. Does not make very good coffee. I’ve tried different amounts of coffee. Would not buy afain

The lid sticks shut...hard to open. It won't brew the correct amount of ounces. The cup shelf, I doubt will last long....it doesn't seem very sturdy!

I purchases this coffee maker January it is now April. It worked fine the first thing I didn't like but still decided to keep it was the top lid where you put the coffee wouldn't open at times. Now the poor button got pushed all the way in. I made coffee and pushed the button to turn it off and it went all the way in. I was trying to push it back out and it went further in. So disappointing because we really liked this coffee maker I can't return it so now I have to purchase another. The reusable coffee filter broke within a month of having it.

hard to ajust the cup lift. buttons are very sensitive, will come on if your to close. will turn off in the middle of making coffee.

Very average product

I bought this product to replace my long time Keurig machine. The description for this item promised fast and hot brewing in 1-2 minutes. It does neither, it takes 3-4 minutes to brew and is warm at best..not hot. I made the mistake of trying to save a few dollars with this product but I've already ordered my new Keurig machine. Don't make the same mistake and stick to the Keurig brewers.
