It’s not an 8inch tortilla press like it’s advertised it is barely 6 inches I got this one because it said 8inches paid extra money to get a bigger press then 6inches still wound up with a small press

This was the correct weight to press consistently beautiful corn tortillas. I haven’t tried any other type of flatbread, but this was wonderful.

Great for anything you need to make round

Cast iron and very sturdy. It makes 6" tortillas, which is perfect for portion control. I used parchment paper on both sides of the press to avoid sticking. No need for a rolling pin anymore. LOVE IT!

I've only used this press once but I'm please with the press. It works as expected and seems to be well made. I'm looking forward to more use when making homemade corn tortillas:)

Just Okay

I wish they had indicated that you need to put it together, because I dont know whether I would have bothered ordering it. Manufacturer gave no instructions whatsoever on how to get the handle on so I had to figure it out. It was fairly simple, but they should include a diagram or something. You will also need a pair of pliers to take the thing apart in order to get the handle on (which comes separately in the box). Be advised the dough will stick to it, so use wax paper with this when pressing your dough out.

Rusts easy. Do not Buy

This product is horrible! It rusted after 2 days. I need a refund.

Excellent product my daughter made several corn tortillas . This is a very durable product that is easy to use.

Solid but NOT 8"

Nice heavy item but definitely NOT 8”. Measuring only shows it’s 7” across at its widest point. Could be a deal breaker for someone expecting to make 8” tortillas. I am not so it works for me, but thought others would like to be aware.

Size is off

Press works fine, but it is not 8 inches. It is 7 inches. Not sure how you get away with calling it an 8 inch press when it is not. I am disappointed as 8 inches was as small as I wanted to go. I guess I have to deal with 7 now.

Perfect press

How did I live without this tool? I made tortillas with this press and they came out great. I used two pieces of plastic between the dough and pressed. Out came a perfect circle! I use this tool to flatten hamburger and sausage meats as well. I highly recommend this product.
