Hoping to resolve an issue with hardware that was misplaced for the safety rails and ladder. Currently being told to find at my "local hardware store" and as per policy Walker Edison is unable to assist. The fasteners are not available at "local hardware stores" as they are specialty fasteners for furniture. I am hoping Walker Edison will be able to assist a customer in need to ensure the safety of the bunk beds.

Great bunkbed!

This bed is fantastic! It looks a little like an Ikea bunk bed but way classier. It is sturdy and doesn't sway at all. I love the natural pine color. The height is great for smaller kids.

Great design for preteens. Fun way to share a room with a sibling.

The bed is very sturdy. That it doesn't have an option to locate the ladder creates a problem when you want 2 beds to face each other (ladder-ladder). I was able to drill a few holes to adjust the ladder position on the 2nd bed, but there should be an option for ladder location. You must have a power drill with hex attachment, attempting to use the provided hex tool would take all day. I am a little concerned about the bed slats and how they screw into the hanger rail, I'm hoping this lasts over time as this is the weakest part of the engineering of the beds.

Not gonna lie, this is FANTASTIC! My 7 year old loves the new bunkbed! I love that it isn't too high. This was easy to put together, I did it myself with minor help from my 7 year old.

Did not come with instructions and couldn’t find them anywhere online.

Best bed!

This bed is "the best bed I ever had" according to our six year old son! Even our 22 month old and 13 year old think it is cool! My entire family is really impressed with the bed as a whole. The color is as pictured, and it is really sturdy. The assembly was pretty straightforward and easy to follow. We chose this bed because of the fact that the posts are full posts. The top and bottom bunks cannot be separated, and I feel that this is what makes it so sturdy. Awesome bunk bed! Love the height!
