I love my new fireplace! I’m pleased with the quality and it was fairly easy to assemble, I did it by myself. It is exactly as I pictured it.

I love it! Looks great not too hard to put together by yourself. However there are no spare parts.

I absolutely love this fireplace. I'm 63 and put it together by myself. Instructions easy to follow. All tools and parts were included with a few extra. It has transformed my living room. Would highly recommend.

Looks so good in the small space. Throws off good heat too

The insert does not work properly. It does not have any heat control. I called the company and they were not very helpful (:(

Easy to assemble

The fireplace front arrived with a scratch on the bottom. Otherwise it is great. Please advise

It has taken me a couple of weeks to decide I really love this fireplace. Actually, love is the wrong word - I'm obsessed with it! Decor-wise, it totally makes the living area of my house. And while it doesn't heat the house like a real or gas fireplace, it does a pretty good job of taking the edge off the chill. It gets very cold where I live, so that is a big plus. Don't be afraid to turn the heat up All The Way, depending on the size of your room. It makes the room really cozy & comfy. I do plan on adding trim & moving the electrical outlet behind it so it looks built it. But even without doing that it looks great.

This fireplace has made our dining area feel grounded and given me a space to decorate during the holidays. The electric flames work well and is a source of heat. No regrets and we have had it for 2 years now.

It’s very nice but a few pieces were dinged up and there are some pretty large gaps between the seems. Beautiful piece and works as expected!

Looks great. Slim against the wall, which is what we were looking for that appealed to us vs other fireplaces we looked at.
