Beautiful rug, but has an awful musty smell.

Lovely rug! Loloi has great quality rugs, it’s wool so it does slightly shed. But you only notice when vacuuming or moving it

The rug is beautiful and of excellent quality. It makes my living room look larger than it actually is and really brightened the entire room. I love this brand and plan to order additional rugs from them in the future.

I love the design of this rug and it looked GREAT in our living room at first. But it's very rough/not soft and the black bleeds if you have to clean it. My dog recently got sick and I had to clean a few spots and the black lines bled like crazy. It looks awful now - and I wasn't using anything harsh :(

After I took all the packaging off and laid the rug down I saw there was a brown stain on the rug and reached out to Customer Service. I was told in order to return the rug I would need to have it back in packaging and schedule a return. That is kind of hard to do when you have to cut all the packaging and tape off of the rug to get it open, It's not like it comes in a box to put back in. I decided to just keep the rug and hide the part under my bed. Hopefully I can get the stain out because otherwise it's a pretty rug.
