I was re-doing an older bathroom - these fittings catapulted it into my favorite bathroom......they are beautiful and classy.

We remodeled our master bathroom and put this in our shower. The look is beautiful and high end. I like the option of the soft rain and the focused handheld. I wasn't crazy about the pressure but customer service worked with me to fix as best they could. This will be as good as your water pressure is at your home. Understand they do not work simultaneously. It took emails back and forth. They stuck with me to fix my pressure issue. I can't say enough about their service!

Great product. My son who is a plumber said he will definitely recommend to his future customers. Quality matches much higher priced products. Great value for the money.

Missing part, can’t use shower

It’s a great shower system. The price is decent compared to other stores and installation was pretty straight forward.

I love this shower unit. For the price, you get a really nice looking setup and great customer service.

We love the look of the shower. The only thing we could’ve used is may a slight extender or something to have the shower head a little further out. Overall good price for the product.

Works well. See the picture it came with the white pine missing on the panel, the water gushed out of that hole, have to exchange with working shower head

I do like it, but not high pressure at all as advertised. It's pretty low, but the wand's pressure compensates.

so far so good. i can’t give 5 stars because i haven’t had the product installed long enough to know its durability. it looks great and was reasonably priced.

Rain shower is great, however, water pressure on the handle is weak.

Had our master bath remodeled and loved the look of this. Our contractor had a bit of trouble installing it which I was surprised about because previous reviews mentioned how easy it was to install. Regardless, it’s beautiful and works great.

very beautiful, modern style , perfect for my bath remodeling. I've been using it for month with no problem whatsoever. Pressure on hand handle is ok when used alone, but not really able to use both features at the same time, since water pressure will go a lot lower in both, for that reason I give a 4 star. But still I would by again, I am pleased with it.

This is a beautiful shower and it looks very good! But one thing it needs to improve in the design...that is why I gave it a 4 star... the small nozzle can easily fall on the shower floor and it can get chipped and scratched. It needs a more robust design or a different feature to Secure the smaller sprayer head to avoid completely the possibility to fall down.
