Our 1984 home had a gold moen faucet with long spout and we thought we were going to have to drill or replace tile to swap out the brass. This easily replaced what we had so that the water ends up IN the tub. We did have to buy some kind of plastic moen extenders to switch out our handles.

I only use Moen they last forever and keep looking good. No cheap plastic bodies like a competitor I once tried. Solid brass valves, easy to upgrade trim even years later.
