Moen 21005 is a great shower experience

Works wonderfully, the main head and hand held both work great, well worth the discounted price I paid. Minor gripe would be main head if it swiveled just a bit more it would have fantastic!

Broken Moen Shower Head

Once i had the unit installed and turned the water on it began spraying my ceiling. A gasket had popped spraying water at a connection. I uninstalled it, put my old shower head back and returned it gor a refund. Plastic junk for $170. Im a plumber and typically love Moen.

Shower head is nice, but hand-held piece is limited in its function.

The shower head is nice and provides a nice water flow, but there is no button on either the shower head or hand held to stop the water flow. If you need to sit on a shower chair due to recovery from surgery or another reason, you can't shut the water flow off for a brief period of time while you soap up and then take the hand held shower again to rinse off.

I spent a long time reading reviews about a TON of shower heads. It's hard to choose when there are both great reviews and terrible reviews for products like these. Something important about this shower head is the GPM (it's the highest "legally" allowed) so that had me leaning toward this one. And I enjoyed that there were multiple setting for the detachable head. I personally am enjoying this shower head. I feel that we got the best for what we paid. We have had no issues with it.
