Great water pressure and options for spray. Only dislike, I wish the handle was bent down a little more. It sprays in my face.

2.5 gpm meant a shorter, easier shower

The difference stepping up from 1.75 to 2.5 gpm was "night and day," from a standpoint of both nicer water flow and ability to take a much shorter shower.

Great for the price

This hand held shower head is great. Water flow and so many settings to enjoy while showering. Has wide spray of water as good as overhead shower head.

The shower tool I didn't know I needed

I didn't realize how handy the top sprayer would be, it works remarkably well to help clean the shower when needed, and the pressure isn't so high that its damaging to the skin. I do think that the plastic feels a bit flimsy though, one drop onto a hard surface seems like it'll break. I have not tested that theory...

Doesn't tilt down as much as it should. but it is

It works fine. It would be better if it would tilt down a little more and the plastic was a little thicker.

Smooth operator.

Well made and worth the price. Easy to install. Handsome hardware. Useful selection of spray patterns. The handle is silky smooth, and holding it is similar to holding a live fish when your hands are wet or soapy.

Replacing hand held shower head isn't difficult

Easy to replace the broken handheld shower head, the job took only minutes to complete and the the new one works great.

Versatile

Has nice range of settings from gentle rain to massage. Also has a separate strong flat spray that comes out of the end of the head, great for cleaning ceramic tile grout. Hose is long enough to reach entire tub/shower wall. When evaluating your application, make sure the angle of the connector will work for you. The handle is long, and attaches just at the hose, so the head extends upward and outward from the original pipe.

Swivel joint

Weight of the head causes it to drop down from the desired aiming position. The swivel joint is too loose to hold it without a shim.

Great showerhead

I've never had a shower head that produced this much water, it is so nice! I have a small shower, no tub, and it works great. My only issue is I wish I could move it down more so it wasn't right in my face but I'm 5'6". Ive learned to adjust to it and the "pause" feature helps.

Very good nozzle

Very good pressure from nozzle. When using in the shower I removed the small piece of rubber in the nozzle holder to allow me to turn the shower nozzle easier to the side when entering and exiting the shower.

Like the drenching flow and design.

(Pro) Does have a nice drenching flow (bigger holes on the shower head) and not a spattery flow from smaller holes on the shower head. The price is great. Finish is good, looks and feels sturdy. Good long handle for easy handling.

Too powerful for standard tub/shower combo

Bought this at my local Lowe's to replace my old Delta hand shower. Unfortunately, on this model the angle of the plastic hardware that connects to the shower arm is such that the stream of water shoots across the length of my standard tub to the opposite wall. In order to correct this, I have to do two things: 1. reduce water flow to the point that water dribbles out of the tub faucet, AND 2. position the hand shower partially out of its cradle so that the head directs water slightly more downward. I hate it, but since it's been used, I can't return it. Annoying.

It’s heavy to hold in your hand and it is too high

My son installed this shower head for me and, to my surprise, it was so high I couldn’t reach it. Also, it couldn’t be lowered. I was disappointed.

Full blast

Doesn't have a water saving flow feature, comes out full blast and my valve doesn't lower the pressure/temperature equally. Have to buy a pressure reducer valve for it.

Pressure +

If you're shopping for handle healed shower head with great pressure under $50 stop looking this is the one, 2.5-GPM(9.5-LPM higher GPM but probably save water over the ones with lower flow GPM by getting rinsed off faster.

It had everything I was looking for. The longer hose is great for using to wash our dogs and it isn't plastic so it's heavy duty. The price was decent too and easy installation.

The universal hand held shower components was easy to install. Work great especially with the long shower hose that reaches to the shower seat at the far end of the shower stall. It fits our needs.

Great product

I was unhappy with a recently purchased ‘Wand’ shower device so I resorted back to a traditional shower head. This product works well and as an added bonus has an additional spray feature allowing you to spray down your shower
