Replaced my leaky faucet

I needed to replace a faucet. This was what was in place. It’s a decent basic item

40 years with no problems

I’ve had the single knob Moen faucets in my bathrooms since my house was built. Never a problem. They’ve gone through 3 kiddos all grown up now and still look new just not in style now I guess. I’ve updated my bathrooms but kept my faucets. The only thing that failed were the stoppers. Have replaced them twice but the faucets themselves are great. Can’t go wrong with Moen.

Have two Moen 64601 faucets in the master bathroom. The faucets have received heavy usage for eleven years and still look like new. So far no problems.

moen 6401 faucet

very bad design, it hurts to pull to turn on, needs to pull hard and the handle is sharp, do not recommend for anybody.

Worst design possible!

This faucet takes a gorilla to pull it in and out. If you are trying to turn it on from Outside The Tub, for instance for shampoo, it wrenches your back and neck. I have tried to put some oil on it, but no help. Actually, the kitchen faucet is that way too. I don't know who designed this, but it goes against laws of leverage. Their is none!!
