When I went to install, the unit was missing one of the springs and seats and was missing the cold faucet handle cover. Thankfully I had another sink faucet I took the spring and seat from so I could get the water fixed and turned back on for my renters. I called the store to let them know about the missing parts and what I had to do. They said to come back in and they'd make it right. I was expecting a refund or at least partial and my parts back for my time and the drive. I drove 20 miles to the store just to get a replacement spring, seat, and knob cover.

The item itself was easy to install and is working as expected. My issue was I was told one day shipping in reality it took close to a week. I had a bad water leak and needed it quickly. My brick and mortar location apparently doesn't keep this in stock, which is a shame to not keep a few in stock for convenience to customers.

[Rewarded Review] A great classic looking two handle and shower head kit.

The perfect polish chrome plastic two knob handle and one spray shower head kit is the ideal pack for a replacement. Assembly instruction are very detailed and simple to follow. This kit is complete with two handle shower brass/copper valve, shower head, arm, flange, hot/cold handle, handle flange, instruction, plug and sealant tape. Make sure to remove the washers, seats and cartridges prior to soldering the joints. Taken me nearly an hour to have all assembled and functioning. The shower head has a single function with a corrosion resistant body with great water pressure. I assembled the valve body for a tub and shower combination application. This kit does not come with a tub spout. We're overall satisfied with classic look kit.

[Rewarded Review] Good value for the price

The Homewerks 2 handle shower faucet in polished chrome finish looks pretty good for a economy bathroom fixture. The acrylic turn handles look better & more updated than the ones i remember from the past. The handles feel okay, wish the letters "H & C" were easier to see & bolder. Im surprised that a lot of this fixture is actually plastic, i saw the heavy brass part but had to feel the silver parts to know it was plastic! I like that the shower head swivels but because its plastic also i wont be handling it much, it even comes with some plumbers tape. Id recommend this set if your on a budget cos it perfectly fine for light/regular household usage -but its not heavy duty.

[Rewarded Review] World Works Tub Kit

We installed the 2 handle 1 spray shower head from Homewerks. The Simple directions and diagrams were easy to understand. Please use plumbers tape on all fittings. The brass valves threads are sharp, be careful. The quality of the materials used are nice. The Homewerks installation was a nice addition to my home. It replaced a leaky faucet that was an eyesore. Beautiful results.

What I like about this is that the valve stem is included and it has the washerless cartridges. The shiny chrome parts make it look modern. It's easy to install comes with a limited lifetime warranty. The handles are a very nice acrylic that are easy to turn and hold. The water comes out 1.8 GPM.

The quality is as to be expected for the price point. Perfect for your average outdoor shower or spare bathroom. The valve stems, in at least my product, was not at 90 degree angles. Hard to see from the picture. However,, for what this set costs your expectations will be met.

It wasn't usable. I ordered the wrong thing and had to hire a plumber who said this faucet was junk, But if it had been the right part, I think it would have lasted a couple years. Next time I will probably go with Delta brand.
