First class trim

First off, this faucet is very expensive. For the price you get a flawlessly manufactured assembly of practically solid brass (about 23 lbs), delivered quickly and without any exceptions. Everything fits and works exactly as I'd expected. The finish is also extremely good. Installation was very straightforward. I used a Delta rough-in valve with the stop valves for convenience and some cost savings (confirmed with Delta that I could use the rough-in for Brizo so it may be the same part. I was able to avoid turning off the water to the house more than once to install it. Plus if we ever wanted to swap out the trim it's an easy matter to shut it off at the rough-in, remove and replace the trim, open the valves and you're back in business. Packaging for shipment was probably the best that I've seen for any item of plumbing that I've ever purchased. The pre-sales assistance received from Ferguson for this item was outstanding and I placed the order over the phone with the representative. One thing that I would mention is that besides a really nice fit and finish, a feature that sets the Brizo apart from a Delta is that the cartridge is dual-action, meaning that it has the ability to adjust hot/cold AND volume of water on the single lever control. A Delta, as well as many others, will just have a hot/cold rotary control and the volume is not adjustable. I mention this also because some of the sales people I spoke with at various outlets were not aware of that feature. As you might know all of the previous comments are secondary to the fact that the wife is ecstatic about the bathroom face lift. LIttle else matters.

Quick tub filler

This fills my tub super quick. Cheaper tub fillers have a very low gallon per minute rate so make sure you check that when shopping around.
