No matter how advanced science gets, it's hard to believe that water can flow automatically and the lid can open by itself. There were moments when I hesitated because of the high price, but now I truly regret not getting it sooner—it's the best product ever!

This toilet is great It works well and cleans well too. Overall I am very pleased with this Vovo Smart Toilet. Installed in master bathroom.

Why didn't i buy this sooner

Okay, so I finally got a bidet toilet, and wow…why didn’t I do this sooner? It’s seriously a total game-changer. You feel so much cleaner – it’s like a mini spa every time! Plus, no more relying on loads of toilet paper. The heated seat is super nice, especially when it’s cold, and adjusting the water pressure is very simple. If you’re even a little curious, just try it out. You’ll probably wonder how you ever lived without it!

Amazing functions

I just had my masters bedroom remodeled after having it untouched for so long and my contractor suggested if I would like the idea of having a bidet toilet in my bathroom. He did recommend a couple brands but the VOVO looked the most elegant. I did hear korean and japanese bidets were top ends so instantly got this and had it installed. So far everything is working perfectly and I wish I had it sooner! The lights are nice. and the wireless remote is so easy to use. I show my guests my bathroom and they all compliment it which makes me so happy! Best purchase ever

Great product!

I visited my friend’s house, and they had installed a bidet in their bathroom. One was a Japanese brand, and the other was a Korean brand called VOVO. My friend had used both products for over two years and recommended the Korean brand bidet as the better option. So, I decided to buy this model, and I am satisfied with both its functionality and design.

Why did I buy this bidet only now?

I didn’t know much about bidet culture, and I didn’t feel the need to use one, but I recently purchased one and have been using it. I can’t help but wonder why I didn’t learn about it sooner because it’s so great. The cleaning is on a completely different level compared to just wiping with toilet paper. One downside is that other models have an automatic opening feature, which I didn’t know about. This is my first bidet, and I plan to buy a model with automatic opening for my second one. I believe that model won’t disappoint either. I was thinking of using it longer and writing a review, but I was so impressed that I wanted to quickly recommend it to everyone.

Great features, comfortable to use

This toilet was one of the most important pieces of a basement remodel we completed previously. So far, so good.

For your parents

We purchased the VOVO smart toilet for my elderly parents, and it has made their lives so much easier. The automated features, like the lid opening and closing and the gentle cleanse, provide both comfort and independence. It’s a thoughtful gift for aging loved ones.

The customer service is excellent and Ella is so kind & helpfull. I have had to call for a few times with Ella being very prompt & helpful. I love the toilet & have 2 of them.

Poor quality-Parts leak

Purchased Oct 2021. Out of the box for install, the top piece was leaking so I requested a new part. They kindly sent to me. Now July 2024, it is leaking again and of course warranty is only 1 year. So I would not recommend this product unless you have the funds to keep purchasing a new top part every 3 years. Otherwise when it's not leaking, it's amazing.

This is our second vovo stylement toilet. We like the size, comfort of the seat, the way the seat heats up a bit, the perfect settings for pressure and position (for behind and ladies stuff), the auto flush, the light (at night it's perfect - no need to turn on the bathroom light!) and more. The hardest part of installation was needing to go in our sweltering attic in summer and feed a wire through insulation in order to create an outlet since we didn't want to open walls - after that it was smooth sailing. The toilet works well after several months - and stays pretty clean. Also for the dryer - you just have to sit there for the duration of the drying time - maybe 1-2 minutes and it will work perfect - if you want to hop off the seat quickly it won't dry you fast enough because it doesn't blow the air with strong pressure, which is good because it probably is too hot to blow hard on your tender bits - but you can go toilet paper-free and towel free with this toilet if you just patiently wait the minute for drying. I think my favorite thing is the auto flush because it insures not coming to the toilet and seeing it soiled - and because it's so efficient and fast - it flushes quickly and only uses as much water as needed. If I had any feedback it would be that the remote control could light up or be easier to see the settings at night or in dim light. Overall I definitely recommend this toilet for a lux toilet experience and because it looks elegant, modern, minimal and works reliably so far.

Fantastic customer service

Bought this almost 2 years ago. Ran into an issue with the water continuing to run after flushing. Contacted customer support, and Ella helped me troubleshoot the unit. They graciously offered to fix it for free and return it to me. How many companies go above and beyond like this anymore? Definitely recommend purchasing from VoVo, they are fantastic.

Toilet seems to need to be reset a lot as well toilet seat needs continued movement to open the bidet side take to long before working.

We really like our VOVO Smart Bidet Toilet. It meets our needs very well. It was easy to install and easy to use. I cannot give it top marks since the first toilet we received from Home Depot had a manufacturing defect and I had to return it. Once we got a functional toilet, everything went well and we are enjoying it ever since

Great Customer Service

My VOVO worked great but developed a leak after 2 years of usage. I have old, rusty pipes and my remodeler did not install the provided filter on the water line. It degraded my system so badly that it was irreparable and the bidet unit had to be replaced. Emm at VOVO was courteous and helpful throughout the process, and quickly shipped a new unit. I can't say enough about how great VOVO's customer service is. Love my unit and highly recommend.

Amazing toilet but...

It doesn't play New Age music when the lid opens up.
