The unit works as advertised until it doesn't. The company is unable to do anything for you once the unit is out of warranty. As such proceed with caution as you are likely better off picking up a unit from a company with a stronger warranty/ who will help should your unit cease to function.

The experience of getting the bidet delivered was very frustrating! It took days . Now the the installation process is still ongoing so it hard for me to review on the features of the bidet. But I’m hoping this last.

Installation was really easy and it’s integrated well into our bathroom! It needs to be installed properly though so I did hire help. The water pressure is great and it’s comfortable and durable so it’ll last! Highly recommend-I did a lot of research before ordering and this seems to be one of the better options on the market forrsure!

Wow! Thank you Influenster! In my head I was going to receive the toilet seat bidet. I got a phone call for a special delivery of 130lbs! It did take me a second to find someone to get electricity and set up the toilet. The toilet!! It’s amazing! It seems to be very well built. Some of the highlights need to include the heated sensor seat and the front kick button. It controls seat raising and lowering and flushing. My favorite is that it will flush itself once you stand up. The bowl has a water stream from the right side that gives the bowl a little rinse when you get started. I feel like it keeps the bowl cleaner. The remote control is very easy to use. There are so many settings that control temperature and water pressure. The dryer also has temperature settings. It would be great if there were dryer speed settings. The only issue I can see is that directly behind the fan and nozzle it seems to catch debris. Thanks for the great opportunity!

Bio Bidet Discovery DLX bidet toilet is an amazing product. This bidet toilet definitely elevates bathroom experience. It is packed with variety of features, the design is modern and sleek. Motorized seat and lid are great. The spray pressure is perfect and warm air dryer feature is amazing. This toilet also has a blue LED nightlight which makes it easy to find it in the dark without turning all the lights on. It also has UV sterilization feature. I cannot say enough great things about this product, it is truly luxurious.

Easy installation with super comfortable seat. I am a plus-size gal and hold my weight with great support. The UV cleaning setting works phenomenal, and water pressure on the bidet itself works great for a good even clean.

The toilet does not keep settings between uses. Read that again: the toilet DOES NOT remember your settings.

So far so good. Love the kick button, and the controls are easy to use. The dryer is much stronger than I expected, which is great.

Luxury Product

This product gives such a luxury feel and look to my master bathroom. The warm water and self rising seat are my favorite features! Definitely a must have!

Worst Bidet Toilet I've Ever Owned

I've been a connoisseur of integrated bidet toilets for years. This toilet is simply badly designed and implemented and is a constant frustration to use.

Lid portion of product was returned 2 times to manufacture. Each time they sent a new lid. Warranty and costumer service excellent. Product sub-par for the money. Product was returned just shy of one year.

Functioned for less than a year

We absolutely loved everything about the Discovery DLX until it no longer flushed, less than one year of owning. Our plumber ($$$) and Biobidet support established that it was an issue with the technology. Biobidet has been absolutely horrible to work. It has now been weeks of waiting for replacement. We were going to purchase additional Biobidet units for our other properties, but now know better than to work with this brand. (BidetKing has been wonderful)

Does not work as well as it looks

We had already a BioBidet Bidet-Toilet combination, the Prodigy 770, which is a great product, but it looks a bit sizable, so we wanted something a bit slimmer or lower profile. The BioBidet Discover DLX is a great looking product, low profile, nice curves, etc. That is where the impressive ends.
